First of all I am sorry you were disappointed. You locked yourself out of the apartment- then called the locksmith instead of calling the keyholder to come with an extra key. The walk is no more than 10 minutes to the beach (I have timed it and am not a youngster)!The apartment is on the ground floor but in an elevated position, the balcony meets safety standards and is 'closed in'. The TV dish had been moved on the balcony, hence did not pick up the signal, it is working perfectly now, as is the air conditioner. I think you had it on the incorrect setting (dehumidifier).

When booking this person asked for a reduced price claiming they were alone but would be joined later by a friend. It transpired they were joined by nemerous friends (hence keys)who were noisy also some damage occured. On their return home they demanded a quick return of the deposit (alarm bells). it clearly states on the terms and conditions of booking that a period of 14 days must be allowed for checks on property and repairs etc. to be done. When I contacted them and explained that fact they denied causing a disturbance and that the damage was already done. There was no response when I asked if it had been reported to the person who gave and took back the keys for the apartment. Needless to say they were not happy to be caught out hence the slur and the negative report.
