“Exotic heaven of tranquility” We rented villa Betèn Bukit for 2 weeks with 3 adults. The beautiful villa has spacious bedrooms with high quality beds and en-suite bathrooms. The balcony around the house was our favorite place to eat and read a book in the evening, but the lounge area on the upper floor is also a very pleasant place to spend time. The wonderful garden with a large swimming pool has plenty of cosy spots in the shade - the ideal setting to relax and enjoy the surrounding mountain views. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved the breakfast with delicious exotic fruits and all other meals we ordered were always very tasty as well. It was no problem to ask for special drinks or snacks, and every request was carried out with a warm smile. The house is not located right by the sea, but thanks to the bicycles provided by the owner it took us less than 10 minutes to get to the beach. Permuteran is a great place if you want to lie on the beach, swim, snorkel and dive. Don't expect a lot of shopping possibilities, night clubs, etc. The trip from and to the airport takes at least 3 hours, but the advantage is that Permuteran is a relatively quiet village which is ideal to relax, recharge your batteries and discover the unique underwater world filled with the most amazing coral and fishes.

“A calm and elegant oasis” Our week long stay at Villa aparna was perfect. We were met at the airport and driven across the island to the villa. The staff were warm and engaging and eager to please. We ate in most evenings and Sudapta the chef did a fine job of catering to the differing dietary preferences of our family of five. Desi the housekeeper is a gem and she spoiled us. We used in-house spa services, went snorkeling, explored waterfalls and temples. North Bali is a paradise - quiet by comparison to the southern beaches. Highly recommended by all in our party.

“lovely relaxed and beautiful accomodation with eye for details” The service was excellent. Flexibel, kind, with eye for detail. The home is breathtaking (u need to experience the bathroom design!). The location is in a lovely, vivid, but relaxed little village, from there u can visit all kind of nice places.

“We will be back!” Our stay at Villa Bali Breeze was such a special one. From the moment we arrived, we were well taken care of in such a warm, friendly way. The estate is stunning. Perched on a hilltop overlooking the ocean in complete privacy with views to die for. We stayed in the main homestead as a family of 5 and it catered for us all very comfortably. The main lounge area is outdoor with the dining area able to be closed off as a separate room. One of the big highlights for us was that there is no television or radio here, so it really allowed us to shut off from the world and just relax together as a family. The kids didn't even complain once! The bedrooms are located around the house with shutter doors that open to allow in light and beautiful scenery. The pool was a particular highlight for us & our kids - what a magnificant size and view! We spent so much time in here either swimming or just relaxing by the pool. The staff were brilliant especially Gede. Very professional, very friendly and really made our stay such a memorable one. They were all so willing to help us in any way we required. As for the location of Lovina, it is a longish journey (~3 hours from denpasar airport) but worth every minute. We will definitely be back here for a holiday again, we may even extend it with more family members that hire the guesthouse on the estate. We highly recommend Villa Bali Breeze as a holiday destination.

“Suited us perfectly” The villa provided an excellent base to explore northern Bali, including Menjangen Island for great snorkeling. The villa overlooks and is only a few steps away from an attractive black sand beach, with very good swimming conditions. The property is situated in a fishing community, providing instant and rewarding contact with daily Balinese life. Local people were without exception friendly and welcoming. The property manager/local guide/driver alex is knowledgeable, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The fast-growing town of Lovina stretches over several kilometers and a car is required to visit local restaurants, several of which we enjoyed, plus there is a cook in the house who can buy and prepare food from a supplied menu. Two of the bedrooms have air con, which we needed and appreciated at night. We are familiar with Bali prices and the owner seems to have priced this property at an attractive level.
