“Belleair villa exceeded our already high expectations!” We chose 'Belleair' after reviewing many similar sized villas around Kissimmee. Our first impression when we entered the villa for the first time was even better than we had expected. extremely spacious downstairs and even with our 2 families (4 adults 4 teenagers) we didn't need to use the sofa's and dining area as you enter the villa. All the bedrooms were very comfortable with plenty of storage space and we liked the idea of the washing machine and tumble dryer on the spacious landing - very convenient. When we were in, we spent most of our time in the kitchen/dining/lounge area which was again very spacious and very well laid out. The sunbathers enjoyed the spacious sun deck and dips in the pool and the mood lighting while we were eating at night on the deck made for a lovely holiday atmosphere. We did walk up to the main pool on several occasions for a change of scenery and found it to be very quiet, which was great. We had a good look at the other villas on the site and thought that for view and sun on the pool, Belleair was in one of the best positions. It is always difficult to get an overall impression from photos, although that's what we went on when we booked the villa - but Belleair is even better when you actually see it.

2nd visit to 'Belleair' Villa at the lovely Bella Vida Resort. We enjoyed our stay so much the first time that we returned again this year! Fabulous, spacious accommodation (seven of us this year and eight last year) with quality furnishings and décor. Lovely people to deal with; both the Villa owner, Iain and property Manager, Alan are quick to respond should you have any queries. Beautiful view from the pool area over the small lake and a large Walmart and restaurants just minutes away. Short drive to Disney area and lots of other attractions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Belles cove. The house had everything we could possibly need even down to icepacks on the freezer. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms were spacious and well equipped and the pool and Jacuzzi were lovely. It was worth heating the pool as we were able to use it even in the evenings when it got cooler. 5 star villa - everything you need for the holiday of a lifetime

This was our third visit to Orlando and was way beyond our expectations. The villa was amazing. Spacious, luxurious and well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The location is convenient for all theme parks with Seaworld only 15 minutes drive and Universal 25 minutes. Magic Kingdom about 20 minutes away. There are shops, restaurants and supermarkets all within a few minutes drive. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning kept the villa cool. It was good to come back to the villa for a dip in the pool and a relax in the jacuzzi after a long day at the parks. Will definitely return to Villa di Lusso. … see more

The location of the property was ideally suited for our planned vacation. The size and facilities were extremely good and especially with 6 adults & 4 children it worked perfectly with each family. Comfortable, smart, spacious, well equipped villa.

We stayed as two family groups comprising 8 Adults and 2 kids. The accommodation was flexibly arranged and everyone could find there own space when they wanted it. The villa's own pool and hot tub were great after a busy day in the parks. There is a games room in the garage and space for 2 cars on the drive.A very large Walmart is at the end of the road and a host of restaurants nearby. Our favouriite one for breakfast was the International House of Pancakes (IHOPS. The gated estate in which the villa is situated is quiet and residential.
