“In From Ontario” We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your cabin. It was an amazing time and we will always remember it. I found your cabin to be complete, with everything you would/could possible need. The only negative thing I could comment on is the kitchen sink and the hot tub. The kitchen sink had a bit of an "odd" odour to it. Perhaps a bit of draino or bleach may help. The hot tub was unusable. It was polluted so much with chemicals that we didn't dare go in. We have our own hot tub and with frequent use from friends and family, we find that cleaning it frequently avoids the cloudy water (which is very unappealing) and the strong chem odour. Other than that, it was perfect. Oh, I did notice that the playing cards were well loved so I bought another deck. Who knows, the well loved deck may have been good luck for someone.
Again excellent time had by all of us and perhaps we can visit again.
Thank you for having us.
“Perfect cottage for a beach holiday!” We had a wonderful stay at Cedar Shack. The shack is a "high end cottage" that was very clean, well kept and very well equipped with amenities. The grounds of the cottage is maintained to a very high standard with private surroundings. The hot tub is located in the garden where you are not overlooked by anyone. It was the perfect location for getting to the beach without having to drive. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner Barbara who is a very nice and friendly person.
“August 12 - 19, 2012” Our family very much enjoyed the holiday we had at Tigh-na Clayoquot Guest House which was equipped with all that we needed. Its location was just right for us in the midst of island greenery and large trees so that we could enjoy the feeling of being on our own and yet close enough for a short drive into Tofino and numerous beaches. The rocky beach connected to your property was always interesting from the misty mornings to the setting of the sun. Seeing the resident eagle was a bonus.
Walking to MacKenzie Beach a few times was always enjoyable and the younger ones also walked to Tofino.
Thank you for the hospitality you extended to us.
We have already recommended Tigh-na Clayoquot Guest House to our friends.
All the best to you.
