Marrakech, it is more than 300 days of sunshine a year, so do not hesitate!

Riad Z is a charming riad of 120M 2 living space + 20 M2 terrace, decoration Moroccan, equipped, composed of 3 air-conditioned bedrooms each with its bathroom, equipped kitchen, Moroccan living room, dining room and 4 toilet. Wi-Fi is available in the riad, and television benefits from all satellite bouquets: canal + / canalsat/beinsport/canalsat Spain/bouquet English, German...

The Z Riad is located in a private and secure 24/24. The residence features 3 pools restricted to residents (one for children) which are open March until end of November. In addition, you will find all amenities in the residence: grocery stores, snack, take-away, cafe, drugstore, excursion Agency, Mosque, tobacconist's... A 'street football' is available for children. Many Palm trees, bougainvillea, jasmine, pink oleander and hibiscus adorn the green spaces of the residence.

The residence is located at the foot of the ramparts and 300 metres from a gateway to the medina (old city). The famous Jemaa el Fna square is less than 2 km, the European quarter Guéliz and the Palm are 1.5 km away. Taxis are available at the exit of the residence.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Riad (the owner) a message.

If Riad (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
