Our home, in beautiful Cabo San Lucas, is nestled on a one of a kind piece of property where time seems to stand still, overlooking the Southern most tip of Baja California with a breathtaking, unparalleled view of the Sea of Cortez meeting the Pacific Ocean.

This Villa is located in one of the most prestigious residential sections of Cabo San Lucas, "The Pedregal".

The open ocean offers a variety of entertainment ranging from watching the whales frolic in the surf to counting the boats as they return to harbor at the end of the day.

Villa Stein has Travertine Marble floors throughout, granite and marble counter-tops, brand new bathrooms and high quality bed-linens.

Our pool is cantilevered over the beach to take advantage of the location and a swim up bar makes it the perfect spot to spend the day. There is also a Jacuzzi

Take a trip to Lovers Beach where you can snorkel, swim & beach it or catch a Water Taxi to "The Office" and sip on a Margarita and enjoy Typical Mexican dishes.

Daily housekeeping service is provided by Ismael & Paty. They will take care of making beds, changing towels and linens and general maintenance of the home.

A chef is available with prior notice, as well as a massage therapist.

Our home is designed to easily accommodate groups ranging from two to eight, depending on your room selection. We only rent to one party at a time to insure privacy for our guests.

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
