Our affordable condo includes everything necessary for a great stay at Surfside beach. Just minutes from the beach, our cozy condo can serve as your home for relaxation. The area is safe and quiet and great for taking night walks around the neighborhood.

You can relax in the nearby pool or head over to the uncrowded beaches. With beaches (to Surfside and Myrtle Beach) only 5-10 minutes away drive in car, you can start your vacation promptly and stress-free. Along the route, there are also numerous different attractions for all types of interests for families, couples, or friends to enjoy. Some activities include golfing, mini-golfing, aquariums, shopping outlets, great restaurants, state parks, and fishing areas, and flea markets for great deals! In Surfside, there's always something fun to do for everyone!

When it's closer, I will ask you to leave a message with the property manager who will prepare the key for you and who is available during the stay. Once you've checked in, you can enjoy your stay. Loved the new upgrade to the town home .. As always a quiet community and a great place to stay.. I would suggest any of my friends or family to stay there. Extremely happy with my stay.

The condo was easy to find and very quiet. It accomodated my large crew perfectly. I will definitely book again. Surfside Beach was also very close to Myrtle Beach attractions!!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to view all your booking details, pay the balance of your holiday or cancel it if you need to.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

You can pay the remaining balance of your holiday at any point. Simply go to Manage my holiday booking and click Pay now.

We’ll automatically charge the balance payment to the same payment method 10 days before it’s due. Go to Manage my holiday booking to see when the payment will be taken.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Kimmy (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Kimmy (the owner) a message.

If Kimmy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
