Just a few steps from the world famous Copacabana beach, transport, commerce, leisure, "gourmet" avenue, tourists' shopping, services and much more. Perfect for busy travelers spending a short time in Rio or long range vacationers enjoying all that the city is willing to offer you!

The apartment has all the infrastructure of a modern residence, wi-fi internet and wide range cable TV, a functional kitchen equipped with top brand appliances, full table service and devices, laundry facilities and all the needed material for home cleansing. There are also sunshades and beach-chairs for all. Comfortable living and bedrooms with practical, neat furniture, air-conditioned and ceiling fans everywhere. Public transportation: Subway and bus stations less than two blocks away from home, in all diractions. Extensive bike lanes along the coast, easy bike rental hubs for transportation or laisure. Vertical parking lot options within one block distance. Local and international airports connected to Copacabana and all "South Zone" thru fridged bus shuttle by half hour intervals. Plenty of taxis running the streets non-stop, waiting in stations or answering phone calls for appointments.

Rules of the house: Observe the silent hours from 10 pm to 7 am. Follow the condo's rules regarding the arrival from beach and sea bath, as well the written reccomendations found in the apartment. Pets as well smoking are not allowed in the building. Keep the apartment clean and tidy, at the end of the stay try to leave it in proper conditions for the next fellow guests!"
