“Great Spot” We were pleasantly surprised by the condition and size of this condo. The staff was very helpful, even the night watchman was there in the evenings when we got home to light our way to the condo. This was a great place and we will use this company again.

“Everything was awesome!” We had a super easy arrival, friend was able to get keys prior to my arrival and transportation was waiting for us at the airport, all arranged by RPM. House was beautiful, maids came daily although we did not use their services each time they came. Staff is extremely helpful in arranging activities and providing reccommendations about reputable tour groups. We could not have a had a better experience.

“Anniversary Paradise” We traveled to Costa Rica for our 25th wedding anniversary and our stay at Casa Colina Del Mar was everything we expected and more. The view is better in real life than any of the the photos. The pool is a haven. I would recommend having Bathsheba from Costa Rica Catering come and do your meals. That allowed us to keep enjoying the house every evening while experiencing fabulous food.

“Casa Papagayo” We loved Casa Papagayo and look forward to returning. A few suggestions: The bath mat in the bathrooms should be replaced with ones that have a rubber / non-slip bottom. They are very dangerous - an accident waiting to happen. We would all put them away and the housekeepers would put them back ... so we would slip on them upon entering. The lights over the mirrors are totally useless for make-up and shaving. Bar B Q grill needs periodic cleaning. Rusty and dusty. Electric starter needs service / batteries?

“Diria is beautiful” Only complaint was that the phone didn't work initially and it took awhile to get it together. Also, we had a little hassle with the bracelets for the facilities - need to get that squared away in the future. otherwise, we loved the Diria and would stay again. RPM was very helpful and attentive.

“Nice time in Tamarindo” The house is really nice--very clean and modern. Would have been great if there were direct access to the beach, instead of having to walk down the road to access beach. Nice to have the private pool, though it's more of a wading pool. Still fine, though.

“great place to stay” My husband, sister-in-law, son, and I had a wonderful stay. The condo was perfect for us. Great location and nice pool. The managment was very helpful and quick to respond and the staff on grounds (security, gardens, pool, and housecleaning) are all so friendly and helpful. It was a very positive experience.

“It is a romantic, posh, beautiful and functional luxury home” We absolutely loved the home and all the included amenities including the kitchen with all the extras, the infinity pool was absolutely perfect for all the sunsets and the gardens made for many peaceful retreat options. I especially loved the outdoor fan mounted to the tree and the sound of the fountains. The RPM staff were exceptionally helpful in referring us to other parts of Costa Rica coordinating a wonderful rustic retreat near a volcano. They also demonstrated competent and comprehensive knowledge of options for deep sea fishing, ziplining, surfing, hiking and visiting all the many types of beaches so close to Tamarindo.

“Horizontes #105 - Great Location, Beautiful Property” Loved our stay at Horizontes #105. The location is perfectly located steps from the pool and overlooking the beautiful sunset views of the Pacific Ocean. Unit was beautifully decorated and well appointed. Would absolutely reccomend this property to friends and family. Only area of improvement would be that maid service was merely average.

“General Condition” The apartment is great I just think they could have blankets in the master bedroom, and in the kitchen they should have plates to serve the food and the placemates were really in bad shape.There are just small improvements but the price we are paying is really high so I think they should try and improved this little things. Anyway I make the reservation for this next new years vacation in the same apartment, Thank you very much
