“Escape to the country...” My other half, 15year old son and I spent a week at Cortijo La Mata last summer. We had a wonderful time exploring Granada and mountain biking in the area. The cortijo is nestled close enough to Monachil to walk into the village but in a lovely private location. We were very lucky to be the only residents that week so had the pool and patio facilities to ourselves. Talk to Scott when booking to understand what sections of the house will be available to you.
