This 2 bed 2 bath apartment is located on the Villamartin Golf complex with all amenities at your finger tips, no need for a car as all is here! The apartment is large & fully air conditioned. On entering you have a spacious living room / dining area to suit all with full UK TV package, Blu-ray DVD Player & Pioneer Midi HI-Fi System. Comfy sofas seating 4 to 5 and the balcony from the living room has beautiful views to the communal pool below as well the golf course. South facing you get the feel of the sun all day. The kitchen is fully fitted to service all needs on holiday or catering for any party you may wish to have. Both bedrooms have single beds which can also be put together if required making a king size. There is a family bathroom fully fitted and the master bedroom has the ensuite shower room. Although part of the Villamartin Golf complex you are far away from the activity but a one minute stroll away and there is a choice of over 40 restaurants and bars as well banks, a grocery store and a doctor surgery! Basically the perfect location for a holiday with the family or golf!

Just around the corner in the Villamartin Plaza there is a large choice of restaurants from the local kebab shop to 5 star dining in many of the well know restaurants, we even have one owned by a TOWIE cast member. As well as eateries, there is a wide range of pubs to choose from and entertainment for the kids during the summer months. As well during the summer the community puts on entertainment in the central plaza so step around the corner and watch. Just a perfect place to be. The plaza also has a grocery store, banks and doctor.

Nearby there are many championship golf courses to choose from, the largest shopping mall in Europe, numerous Blue Flag Beaches to choose from, markets galore and all within a few minutes drive or even walk-able and of course the Villamartin Plaza with over 40 restaurants and bars to choose from, location location location!!!!

As with all In The Sun Holidays properties, a free starter pack of coffee, tea, sugar, milk, water and juice plus wine or sangria is included in your rental.

There is a compulsory 70 euro end of stay cleaning fee payable on arrival to the agent at key handover. The keys will not be released without payment.

We always meet guest at the property, show them in and explain everything about the property. We are on hand 24/7 during their stay to assist with any issue they may have or suggestions of things to do. We personally check guest out. We have a hands on approach to insure guest have the best holiday possible. We insist that during their stay, “Should anything happen they are to phone, NOT text so we can sort the problem immediately”

Relaxing holiday

We were met at the apartment and given lots of information, hints and tips on the area. Lovely apartment great pool. Lots of bars and restaurants. Would probably recommend hiring a car to get around

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
