Detached Villa with its palm trees and shrubs surround offering 5 Bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with off road parking. 1st floor terrace that can be accessed from the lounge, ideal for Al fresco dining. The large rooftop solarium is private for sunbathing and BBQs. and benefits from luxury patio furniture and sun loungers. This area is a private place to relax and enjoy the sun, food and drink in to the evening, also the solarium has a large canopy to relax under with a book or to sleep without getting burnt. There is sun from morning until evening.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Costa Blanca is well known as one of the sunniest coasts of Spain with over 300 sunny days a year. It is also renowned for it's sandy white beaches, offering a variety of watersports. It is also steeped in history and boasting beautiful mountain views. There are four cities within half an hour to an hours drive. Alicante, Elche, Murcia and Cartegena.
For those fun days out at Benidorm: Aqua water park, Terra Mitica theme park, and Zoo. Torrevieja Water Park, Quesda Water Park, the Hilltop Guadalest castle & the Mud healing plus lots more places.
For those golf enthusiasts we are located within the Golf triangle of the championship golf courses all within a five minute drive. Villamartin the International course being the closest.
Torrevieja is the closest town 10 km away (15 minutes). with its vairety of restaurants and bars and great international shops. This town comes alive at night with an evening market and entertainment. Has a fantastic large beach with a fishing and yacht harbour also a Salt Lake.
It is a must to visit the local markets and do some haggling with the traders. On a Saturday there is Playa Flamenca, this is one of the main largest markets, On Wednesday there is San Miguel market, both markets are 10 minutes drive away.
Villamartin / El Galan area
The villa is located in El Galan village near Villamartin which is a popular area for Banks, Supermarkets, Bars and Restaurants with nightly entertainment and its excellent Blue Flag beaches, which are situated between the bays of Punta Prima, La Zenia and Cabo Roig. The beaches are connected by a beautiful senic promenade with breathtaking landscapes allowing visitors to relax and enjoy the sea views with a peaceful stroll along the promenade. This area also enjoys the International championship golf courses.
Villamartin plaza is a only a further 15 minutes walk offering more than 20 bars and restaurants & entertainment to choose from. Our local Blue Flag status popular beaches of Playa Flamenca, the large beach at La Zenia, the beautiful Compoamor with its water sports and Marina are only a short drive away. Villamartins International Golf Course (2 mins. by car) also Las Ramblas and Compoamor the other championship golf courses are close by.

Further details indoors: The villa offers an airy lounge with luxury furniture and fittings. UK satellite TV/SKY with a DVD player and an entertainment system. This room allows you to relax, entertain and unwind in luxury.
The kitchen is well equipped to a high standard with a Bosch washing machine, Fridge Freezer, microwave, induction hob and electric oven, toaster, kettle and is equipped with crockery, glasses and utensils for all your needs.
There is also a dining table which seats 4 but most people prefer to eat Al fresco so there is patio furniture situated on the terrace outside the lounge, which seats 4.
Master bedroom with En suite. The bedroom is beautifully fitted out with built in double wardrobe and bedside cabinets with matching bedding and curtains. The En suite is totally fitted out with a large mirrored and lights vanity unit, bath with shower over with a full length bath screen.
2nd Double bedroom. The bedroom is beautifully fitted out with built in double wardrobe and bedside cabinets with matching bedding and curtains.

Further details outdoors: High wall surrounds the villa with palm trees and shrubs allowing for privacy. There is also a large sun solarium area with a BBQ and luxury patio furniture which seats up to 10. This is a great area for relaxing and soaking up the sun on the loungers provided in private.
There is another sun terrace outside the lounge with patio furniture.
The pool is privately enclosed within the grounds of the complex and is exclusively used by only 5 villas.
The villa has off the road parking.
