Casa de Jardin is set in its own private grounds with lush lawns and coconut trees offering natural shade a sun set bar to one side sun lounges for your use to relax in peacefully surroundings

The apartment has a sitting room kitchen bathroom and double bedroom with double king size bed and air conditioning

All bed linen and bath towels provided (please bring your own beach towels)

Cleaning, linen changed twice a week

Staff live on site in own accommodation

Private laundry can be done by staff for a small fee and just provide washing powder

Wifi available pay as you go via local sim which will be provided

Supermarkets and local shops are a short walk away in the village of Varca so easy to do self catering

Local restaurants also near by and a short taxi ride away to the famous Martins Corner

Hiring of scooters can be made in the village (valid driving licence required)

Local buses are very dependable to enable you to explore further a field and it is cheap to hire a taxi for the day to do tours of Goa

The apartment is set in a quiet area of Varca but is not isolated (3 star hotel opposite) and gives a true view of the Goan way of life

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Minaz (the owner) a message.

If Minaz (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
