The Miraflores IV bungalow is situated in the popular beach resort of Playa Flamenca with two lovely pools and well kept gardens. Miraflores IV is a few minutes walk away from a large supermarket, the sandy beach of Playa Flamenca and the Playa Flamenca Commercial Centre.

Playa Flamenca is ideal for all types of holidaymakers. It caters for a fun-filled family holiday, a beach holiday or a golfing holiday. With plenty of entertainment around this will be a rewarding and relaxing holiday.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

This coast of Costa Blanca, with its salt lakes and all-year temperate climate, is a hugely popular area for holidaymakers all year round. The average daily temperature is 17C during Winter, and 25-30C during summer and boasts over 300 days of sunshine per year, making it a reliable holiday location.

There are free coach trips from Playa Flamenca which will take you to various weekly markets, caves, the animal sanctuary and also to the popular shopping destinations such as Alicante, Benidorm, Elche and the sandy beaches of Guadamar.


Torrevieja area / Playa Flamenca area

Playa Flamenca has three excellent 18-hole golf courses of international prestige, perfect for golfers. In the unlikely event that you grow tired of these, then there are several more within 30minutes drive, including the famous La Manga.

On the historic side, the Orihuela region, with its many museums, churches, and historic buildings, is well worth a visit. The old part of the town of Orihuela was declared a historic-artistic and monumental area in 1969. There are many noble buildings, six of which are declared Cultural Heritage. History is also in abundance in the nearby towns of Murcia and Cartagena.

For the lovers of ecological and environmental tourism, you may like to visit the lakes of La Mata and Torrevieja, where you can enjoy a mudbath, recommended by doctors around the world for its curative properties. There is also a hugely enjoyable water park in Torrevieja.


How to get there

Airport Transfers from either Alicante Airport at 90 Euros return or Murcia Airport at 60 Euros return can be arranged to Miraflores iv by my agents which is a competitive price. Murcia Airport is 20 minutes away and Alicante Airport is 40 minutes away. Cheap flights available from UK and Europe to both Airports from EasyJet, RyanAir, BMIbaby and Monarch Airlines. Getting to this Apartment in Playa Flamenca Torrevieja Playa Flamenca is situated on the Costa Orihuela. Our property has easy access from both Alicante Airport (40mins drive) and Murcia Airport (20mins drive). Links by road are the N332 and motorway AP37 La Zenia exit.

In addition to the above charges there is a changeover/cleaning charge of 70 euros (£50) per booking.

A deposit of £100 per week is required to secure your booking and the balance payable 6 weeks prior to departure; or immediately if booking is made within 6 weeks of departure date. A refundable security deposit of £100.00 is also required against breakages and damage which will be refunded within 14 days of return of the apartment keys providing our agent has found everything to be in order after checking the apartment inventory.

. A discount of 10% is applicable to the rental price for all bookings of 2 weeks or more from October to March .

We take bookings for holidays on any day of the week.

The apartment was fantastic and the small things made such a difference to me such as flannels, washing up liquid, hand soap, tea towel washing up cloth and so all, all the little things that make the stay so much easier - there was even some water in the fridge when we arrived so the children had a drink before we went to the supermarket. It was clean and spacious and we loved it. We had a lovely relaxing time, the pool was lovely and clean and I really have nothing but positive feedback for you.
