A good variety of bars, restaurants and supermarkets are all within easy walking distance. The main town front of Torrevieja is approx. 10 minutes away by bus and this has a fantastic front with shops, restaurants, bars and shop stalls. There are numerous golf courses nearby.

-Refundable breakages deposit of £50 required, to be refunded within 7 days of a satisfactory property inspection.
-20% of rental fee due to secure the booking.
-There is only one off service charge of 40 euros to be left in the property for cleaning and laundry.
-Life guard on duty in the swimming pools during July and August.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Costa Blanca means 'white coast' and it is situated north of Costa del Sol on the coastline of Spain. Torrevieja is approx. 50 minutes drive south of Alicante airport and 20 minutes drive north of Murcia airport. Both airports have regular flights from the UK.
The Costa Blanca is noted for its wonderful climate with 320 days of sun each year and, even in the winter, it is rare for the temperature to drop below 15c during the day. The world health organization recommends Torrevieja as having one of the healthiest climates in the world; this is caused by the combination of constant year round warm temperatures, and the two huge salt lakes at the edge of town, rich in minerals.
The region is one of the major fruit and vegetable growing areas of Spain and you can buy local produce in the markets, with one somewhere near virtually every day of the week.
The Torrevieja Area / Los Altos/Punta Prima area
The apartment is ideally situated for both beach and golfing holidays, the nearest sandy beach being Punta Prima which is 15/20 minutes walk away. There are several other blue flag beaches within a 5 minute drive including Playa Flamenca, La Zenia and Campoamor.
Villamartin is the nearest golf course and is just a 10 minute drive away. There are several other courses all within a 15 minute drive including Campoamor, Las Ramblas and La Finca. There is a host of activities for the whole family, including two aqua parks and GoKarting, with plenty of bars, restaurants and shopping to suite all ages.

The apartment is located in a lovely quiet area but not too far to walk to any amenities including beach, the pool is situated directly in front of the apartment, making it easily accesible, the apartment was very clean comfortable and had a nice cool breeze which in the climate you need, that made it nice and cool with out the air con. Would definatley return had a fab time. :)) |
