DESCRIPTION of the villa Tiahura:

This 100m2 villa is ideally located in Moorea on the edge of the lagoon, between the Intercontinental hotel and the Tipaniers beach.

This villa is positioned in the center of a green plot of more than 1700 m2. ( Private)

She is made of :

2 air-conditioned bedrooms each equipped with a 160x200 cm bed (queensize).

The villa also has 2 bathrooms, a separate toilet, equipped kitchen, a living room, free internet, a sofa bed in the living room, a terrace with dining table and outdoor lounge, kayaks, charcoal barbecue... .

Main part:

Bedroom n°1, air-conditioned facing the lagoon, composed of a double bed 160x200 cm.

A bathroom with shower, sink, wc.

a separate WC

A living room with a convertible sofa bed for 2 children or an adult (120x180), a table with chairs, a TV, and free WIFI.

An open and equipped kitchen: oven, fridge, filter coffee machine and Nespresso, kettle, washing machine, kitchen utensils, crockery, washing machine.

Bedroom n°2, (independent access via the terrace with key)

air-conditioned room, facing the lagoon. It is composed of a double bed 160x200cm (queen size), a bathroom with sink and shower. (Attention no WC).

Exterior:

a large terrace equipped with a bamboo lounge, a beautiful wooden dining table for 6 people, sun loungers with a parasol, facing the magnificent lagoon of Moorea.

In the Garden: 4 deckchairs, a garden furniture, a charcoal barbecue (charcoal not provided), Kayaks.

As usual you will find high quality bedding (Boutique Hotel), as well as sheets and bath towels. You can very easily take a kayak or paddle and paddle about 200m to find yourself in the middle of the sumptuous spot of rays and sharks!

The Residence Village TIAHURA ITI is a quiet place and we want it to remain so. Any noise pollution or parties will not be welcome.

PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
