At just 50 meters from the majestic Cathedral of Seville, this townhouse is strategically located in the HEART OF THE HISTORICAL AND MONUMENTAL CENTER of the city, the most beautiful, traditional and exclusive neighbourhood in Seville, with all sites of interest around ( Cathedral , Giralda, Royal Palace, Town Hall, Archive of the Indies, Archbishop's Palace, San Telmo Palace, Golden tower, etc.). The use of the car is absolutely unnecessary, as everything is within walking distance. It is very easy to visit Seville if you are staying at GIRALDA HOUSE.

It is right on the edge of the famous SANTA CRUZ DISTRICT, known for its typical Sevillian splendid mansions and palaces with inner courtyards decorated with plants and flowers. The whole environment is full of COLOUR AND LIFE , with plenty of restaurants and tapas bars of the exquisite and diverse Andalusian cuisine, as well as international . There are many shops, banks, ATMs, gardens, supermarkets and numerous live flamenco shows.

Beeing so central, it is also a QUIET place, as it is located at a side traffic free street. And it has the highest quality double glazed windows, recently renovated, which provides best acoustic soundproofing.

RECENTLY RENOVATED AND REFURBISHED for modern life, the house , with high ceilings and wooden beams, has 3 DOUBLE BEDROOMS with COMFORTABLE BEDS with TOP QUALITY MATTRESSES and with either wardrobes or closets, 3 BATHROOMS with shower (each of them has its shower) , a comfortable LIVING ROOM with a LARGE SOFA, 4 armchairs, flat screen tv, a fully equipped modern kitchen , laundry room and a terrace with fantastic views of the Giralda, touristic icon of Seville.

Other AMENITIES: The towels and bed linen (100% white cotton) are provided. There is a hair dryer. There is a strong and free WI-FI, that works in all the house. All the bedrooms and the living and dining room are AIR CONDITIONED for both cold and warm air. There is a FLAT SCREEN TV.

The KITCHEN is also new, from a few months ago, and it is FULLY EQUIPPED to the smallest detail of what you might need : fridge and freezer, microwave, toaster, juicer, dishwasher, blender, kettle, etc. And there are all kind of pans, pots and items to cook. There are plates, glasses and cuttlery and TWO DINING TABLES FOR UP TO 9 PEOPLE.

The TERRACE, with fantastic VIEWS OF THE GIRALDA, touristic icon of Seville, is furnished with table, chairs, deck chairs, and plants. There is an outdoor shower, as you can see in the pictures. It is the ideal place to relax , enjoying the beautiful views of the Giralda tower. Beside the terrace, there is the laundry, with a big washing machine.

Ron, Laura and their two lovely children have been top guests: extremely friendly, polite and considerate. They stayed at my property for over three weeks and took care of it as if it were theirs. Highly recommended for any future host. I'd love to have them back anytime!!!

If Pablo Alarcón/ Maria (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
