This spacious apartment occupies the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors of the house, contrasting the restored historical features of the house with all the perks of a new renovation. Newly finished hard-wood floors and exposed stone work can be seen throughout. On the second floor you will find an ample living room, a new eat-in kitchen and a spacious new bathroom with a walk-in shower. The house's original stone hearth has been preserved and incorporated into the new kitchen. It's fully-equipped with range, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, microwave and all the cookware, cutlery, etc needed for preparing home-cooked meals. Esta hermosa casa de piedra se encuentra justo en el centro histórico de Santiago de Compostela, en una calle peatonal a dos pasos de la famosa Catedral de Santiago. La casa lleva muchas generaciones siendo de la familia, y ha sido cuidadosamente restaurada manteniendo su encanto original.
Este amplio apartamento ocupa el 2-4º piso de la casa. La segunda planta tiene un gran salón/comedor, una cocina nueva (incorporando el antiguo fogon de piedra) completamente equipada y cuarto de baño con placa de ducha. El salon, con alcobas de piedra originales, tiene un gran sofá-cama, una mesa de comedor extensible, y HDTV. El siguiente piso de la casa tiene 2 dormitorios grandes y luminosos; uno con vistas de la Catedral, cama king y sofa cama individual, el otro con cama matrimonial y sofa. En el proximo piso esta el loft, con sofa cama y 2 camas individuales que pueden juntarse para parejas.
