About the home

This 4 yr old 1st floor apartment is well presented, comfortable, secure and light. It includes lounge/diner/kitchen, two bedrooms with 4 single beds (which can be pushed together), bathroom with shower over bath and utility room. The benefits include air conditioning, sunny balcony furnished with table and chairs and a sun trap roof terrace with four sun beds. The pool is communal and only a few meters away. This holiday apartment is perfect for a relaxing holiday for families or couples.
The apartment is only 10 minutes drive from two beautiful sandy beaches La Marina and Guadimar and for the more adventerous there is a water park 15 minutes drive away in Quasida.

There is a TV with local channels, the DVD player will play CD's. Towels are provided but can we remind you to take your own beach towels. Also beds can be pushed together to make doubles.

No smoking is permitted inside the property but we do not object to smokers smoking on the balcony or the sun terreace.

Conditions

Strictly no smoking except on the balcony.

Refundable deposit of £50 required by cheque before departure, to be refunded once the apartment has been inspected and cleaned for breakages the cheque will then be sent back to you.

25% of rental fee due six weeks before your stay to secure booking.

***40 euros is due on arrival where Theresa will come and collect for end of stay cleaning and washing to be done***

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The Costa Blanca has the best all year round temperatures. The climate is recognised as one of the best in the world by the world health organisation. Many people with Arthritis come to the Costa Blanca and within days feel much better. In the winter months the Costa Blanca is lucky enough to have nearly as many sunny days as in the summertime.

The Costa Blanca has over 100km of Sandy Beach and Rocky Coves and many of the beaches have coverted european Blue Flagsignifying cleanliness and safe bathing.

The Rojales area

Car hire is recommended although you can walk to shops, bars and restaurants. You can find a popular water park within 15 minutes drive of the apartment. Within a short walk from the apartment there are weekly markets in Benijofar and Rojales for fresh fruit and Veg and gifts. There is a supermarket, dentist, hairdressers, banks, pubs, clubs, restaurants and pharmacies in Rojales. The nearest sandy beaches are Guardamar and La Marina.

There are three golf courses all within 15 minutes the nearest of which is La Marquesa

Easy Jet is a budget airline we have always used which lands in Alicante or Murcia which are both equal distance from the apartment.

Car companies include Record, Hertz and all other major car hire companies but we suggest booking before you go as you sometimes get a better deal.

“Excellent apartment” I travelled and stayed with my partner and young baby and we all had a really great time. we hired a car at the airport and found it easy to find our way around. All resterants were very accomidating to young children. The apartment itself was a good size for us and very clean and tidy, it was also within walking distance to restrants and nightlife. Overall we really enjoyed staying here and would definatly return.

“fab” Had a fab time,Kids loved it, Lovely appartment spacious and clean, everythink you need in the appartment so home from home really :), balcony terrace was amazing, bedrooms lovely and air conditioning a great bonus, love the area and also the pool and pool bar, we rented a car which wasnt to dear either and there is plenty of things to do, excellant beaches, water park, nice bars and resteraunts near by too, i would highly recomend anyone wanting a great get away to go hear. also thankyou to the owners who were a phone call away for any queiries. i will certainly be going back soon.

Additional costs include cleaning and washing of towels and bed linen which will be collected upon arrival the cost will be 40 euro's.

A payment of £50 deposit will be required by cheque when booking, this cheque will be kept until an inspection of the apartment has been done after you vacate the apartment, if any breakages are found the deposit will be kept, if the apartment is ok the cheque will be sent back to you in the post. Please note this deposit is to be paid on top of the rental price.

We can accept payments by cheque four week before you are due to go.

We recommend you take out third party insurance incase of accidents during your stay.
