Home description

The property is situated in a traditionally Spanish holiday area, with plenty of restaurants and beaches to choose from all within easy walking distance. There is also a daily market within 3 minutes walk and a very popular Sunday market just 2 minutes away.

This property is spacious and airy, with loads of day light making it feels really homely. It is furnished to a highest standard in a contemporary but cosy style, with a comfortable furnishing.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region

Puerto de Mazarron is a typical Spanish resort, which is lively in the summer and quieter out of season. There is a choice of three nearby beaches, only 10min walk to the large main beach and 5min to 2 smaller, quieter beaches.

There are also other beautiful beaches within easy reach. It's a 2 min walk to the restaurants, shops, supermarket and 5 minutes from the brand new marina. A street market and funfair run each evening during peak season.

This resort is great for young and old. There are a number of golf courses within easy reach. Horse riding and bike hire is also nearby.
This is also an area popular with divers. There are a number of diving schools in and around the marina.

Puerto De Mazarron area

Puerto de Mazarron is busy in peak season with plenty of things to see and do. Most of the local beaches have water sports. There are many restaurants to choose from. There is a bowling alley and carting track within walking distance.

The bus service that is 2 minutes walk from the house is excellent and very cheap and they can take you into Cartegena for some excellent shopping. The local fairground and street market are open every evening in peak season.

How to get there

There are 3 airports within easy reach. The nearest is St Javier (Murcia) which is 45min away and Almeria and Alicante are about 90min away. Ryan Air and Easy jet fly to these airports.

I usually use www.carjet.com for the best deals on car hire.

If transfers are needed, I have some contacts that I can recommend for parties of up to 8.

The property is well laid out with a utility area, new kitchen and front room/dining area. There is a well equipped kitchen with microwave/grill, oven, hob, toaster, fridge/freezer, dish washer & kettle.

The utility area has an ironing board and iron, washing machine, clothes horse, and various equipment for beach and picnics. The sitting area has a ceiling fan and air conditioning.

It also has two 3 seater sofas and an armchair along with a table and 6 chairs. On the poolside patio there is a garden table with 6 chairs and 2 sun loungers.

The main bedroom has a balcony, a ceiling fan and air conditioning, and the 2 smaller bedrooms have fans and overlook the pool.
There are also 2 airbeds stored at the house for your convenience.

The complex is a secure gated complex with pool bar and a security guard in peak season. The complex does observe the Spanish siesta rules.

Conditions

10% deposit required on booking. Balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to departure( last minute bookings -payment required immediately). The charge to cover cleaning & use of beach towels is included in the price. A refundable breakages deposit of £100 to be paid with the final balance of the holiday, which will be returned to you as soon as possible after your holiday has finished providing there are no damages.
The keys will be given to you on site by my agent.

The house will be available for occupancy from 4pm on the day of arrival. You will be required to vacate the house at 11am on the day of departure (unless otherwise pre-arranged with the owner).
