The main area containing the living and dining area is well lighted and cooled with a 1.5HP split-type LG airconditioner. An additional bladeless electric fan is available to improve circulation.

Awesome place for guests!

Our condo can comfortably accommodate two adults in the bedroom, and two children on the sofa bed. It is our home away from home, and we hope our guests enjoy it as much as we do.

All our electric appliances are energy-efficient, and as Earth-friendly as reasonable. Use electricity responsibly. You’ll feel good saving the earth too!

Keep the place clean as you would your own home. Broom, mop, rags and cleaning agents available in the cupboards.

Awesome gated community.

The unit is inside the Montecito Residential Resort, a gated cluster of low-rise condominium buildings overlooking the greens of Villamor Golf Course.

Access to the community is limited with 24-hour guards manning the gate of the community, and 24-hour plainclothes security in each building lobby.

Two swimming pools with lounge, shower and dressing rooms and a tennis court are available for use by guests and residents.

Check-in/Check-out.

Our normal check-in time is after 1pm and check-out time is before 10am. But if you want an early check-in or late check-in just inform us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Security Deposit.

On arrival we will ask you for a P10,000 ( or US $250 ) security deposit.

We reserve the right to charge you for any breakages, loss, damage, expenses incurred due to unusual repairs and cleaning.

But if you use electricity responsibly, keep the place habitably clean, and you don’t break anything, then we’ll happily refund your security deposit in full.

Identification.

A copy of passport of all guests is mandatory before arrival. You can send it to me by email.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Mary Ann (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
