SKI-IN/ SKI-OUT property located in Deer Valley's Empire Pass within the Ironwood community. It was recently completely remodeled to include high end amenities and features. The home's remodel includes professional designed layouts and furnishings. The home has 3,564 square feet and is just 35 feet from the slopes, making it a true ski in/ski out property. This property can accommodate 10 guests in true comfort.

Living Room: Features contemporary furnishings from Restoration Hardware with the centerpiece being the new contemporary-style soaring stone floor to ceiling fireplace. Enjoy the cinema system with a new PlayStation gaming console in the lower level family room.

Kitchen: New bespoke kitchen featuring marble countertops and Wolf-brand appliances. You will find yourself surrounded by the very best in kitchen appliances, that will suit the chef in the group. Enjoy your meals at the separate dining area or at the kitchen bar.
