Die Wohnung Zum Leuchtturm / Wohnung 7 in der Hindenburgstrasse 16, Villa Patricia Borkum wurde Ende 2012 fertiggestellt. Sie ist mit 132 qm die Wohnung mit dem grössten Raumangebot der Villa Patricia und in modernem Stil eingerichtet, jedes Detail zeugt von hochwertigen Materialien. Bis zu vier Personen bietet sie ein Wohnen der 5-Sterne-Kategorie (durch den deutschen Tourismusverband zertifiziert), ein Wohnen für all die, die im Urlaub auf ein grosszügiges Raumangebot und eine vollständig eingerichtete Wohnung nicht verzichten wollen. Selbstverständlich bis ins Detail allergikerfreundlich konzipiert und ECARF-zertifiziert - selbst die verwendete Wandfarbe ist allergikerfreundlich zertifiziert - können Sie beim Kochen den Hauch von Luxus einer bulthaup-Küche mit Blick auf den Neuen Leuchtturm geniessen. Der Fussboden ist in der gesamten Wohnung durchgängig mit Feinsteinzeugplatten gefliest und teppichfrei, sowie bis auf die Schlafräume selbstverständlich mit Bodenheizung ausgestattet. Die Schlafräume selbst sind bewusst kompakt gestaltet, um den Schwerpunkt aufs grosszügige Wohnen zu legen. Die Schlafräume werden nicht über die Bodenheizung temperiert, um eine rasche Anpassung der Raumtemperatur für ein besonders von Allergikern zumeist kühler gewünschtes Schlafklima zu erlauben. Alle Schlafräume der Wohnung Zum Leuchtturm liegen im äusseren, nicht überbauten Gebäudeanteil, sodass Sie Ihre Nachtruhe geniessen können. Zur Wohnung gelangen Sie wahlweise über den hauseigenen Lift oder die Treppe. Der Hauptstrand und die Strandpromenade sind nur 200m entfernt und zu Fuss bequem erreichbar, in unmittelbarer Nähe liegen der Inselbahnhof, ein Drogeriediscounter, ein Bäcker und das Edeka-Center. Die Wohnung wird nicht an Mieter mit Haustieren vermietet.
