Two of the finest rental villas situated in one of the most desirable areas making it the ideal location for families and larger groups to enjoy a great holiday experience in the tropical island paradise of Phuket. The villas are situated close to the beautiful beach of Nai Harn at the South West tip of the island. Located in a peaceful and upscale area on a quiet, traffic-free cul-de-sac you will enjoy easy access to local amenities, including a full range of restaurants, family friendly bars, shops and banks, all a short walk (100m) from your villa. Both villas provide quality and spacious accommodation; they were built and equipped to an uncompromising standard.
Villa Two was completed in January 2011 and Villa One was refurbished in 2014. We have an ongoing maintenance and upgrade program that ensures the properties are kept looking like new. They are managed by the English owner (who resides close by) and maintained and serviced on a daily basis by our full time staff. The Villas are located on adjacent plots, but are completely private with separate pools making them ideal for larger groups to rent both properties at the same time. We can accommodate up to 28 adults when Villa Two is booked.
They are set in their own large private gardens with large swimming pools. Villa One provides spacious accommodation with 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms (5 en-suite) and can comfortably sleep 16 adults. Villa Two provides similar levels of accommodation and has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (3 en-suite) and can sleep up to 12 adults. We provide a full range of services for our guests. Basic services such as airport transfers, daily housekeeping, electricity, gardening, towels and linen, unlimited high speed Internet access and satellite TV are all included in the rental price.
In addition we provide a full range of supplementary services like in house catering, transport and concierge assistance to enhance your holiday experience.The location provides a great choice of different activities from the beautiful beach at Nai Harn (just voted the 3rd best beach in Asia), to an extensive choice of boating activities (at Chalong and Rawai) and a great range of night life and restaurants. Operating since 2007 we offer our guests quality accommodation at realistic prices, great service and peace of mind in dealing with a well-established and reputable company.

Both our properties were designed to meet the demanding needs of both the rental market and tropical living. The design links all rooms on the main floor to a large shaded poolside terrace that becomes the focus for activities, entertaining and relaxation.
Built on a single-level, from parking to poolside, they provide easy access and lots of usable space. Although the whole villa has air conditioning the design has used the natural wind flow to keep all areas well ventilated and cool without using air conditioning.
The generous poolside terrace in Villa 1 provides ample space for alfresco dining for 20 or more, comfortable seating, poolside fun and relaxation. Guests can enjoy the great views over the pool and large garden to the nearby mountains and undeveloped land to the rear of the property.
Space is the common theme throughout the villa, both in floor space and ceiling height. The main living area features high feature ceilings and sliding windows opening onto the poolside terrace.
The construction and design has been superb, as has the finishing with the extensive use of teak and marble flooring. The result is that the villa has an overwhelming feeling of space, luxury and comfort set within a very practical, clutter free and relaxing environment.
Villa 1 has 6 bedrooms (5 en suite) and can sleep 16 adults with ease. All bedrooms have AC and fans, large wardrobes and have lots of floor space. We provide quality bed linen and towels. All beds have extra topper mattresses for added comfort.
Bedroom 1 – King size bed, single bed and space for a cot. The en- suite bathroom has a large enclosed shower and large granite counter with basin. The room opens directly onto the poolside via large sliding doors. Sleeps a maximum of 3 adults.

Bedroom 3 – King size bed and space for cot. The en-suite bathroom has a large enclosed shower and large granite counter with basin. The room opens directly onto the poolside via large sliding doors. Sleeps a maximum of 2 adults.
Bedroom 4 - King size bed and single bed space for a cot. The en-suite bathroom has a large enclosed shower and separate bath with large granite counter and basin. The room opens directly onto the poolside via large sliding doors. Sleeps a maximum of 3 adults.
Bedroom 5 – Queen size bed. This bedroom adjoins bedroom 1. This is an ideal bedroom for children if the parents are in bedroom 1 but can also be private with separate access to the guest bathroom. The room opens directly onto the poolside via large sliding doors. Sleeps a maximum of 2 adults.
Bedroom 6 – (located on the lower level of the villa). There are 3 single beds and space for a cot. The en-suite bathroom a large enclosed shower and large granite counter with basin. Sleeps a maximum of 3 adults.
Please note: We aim to sleep a maximum of 16 adults. We can also accommodate smaller children in cots or small beds. Please confirm numbers and ages when booking with 16 or more guests.
MAIN LIVING SPACE
The vast lounge opens along its entire length onto the poolside terrace. It has ample seating to enjoy the large TV and home theater system. There is also a ¾ size snooker table and separate indoor dining table that will seat 8 people.
The large well-equipped kitchen opens directly onto the poolside and has everything you or the cook will need to prepare delicious food or snacks. The kitchen has 2 fridges, 2 sinks, dishwasher, oven and large 3-burner gas hob and extractor. There is a separate laundry with western style washing machine in the lower level.

The most stunning feature of Villa 1 is the huge infinity pool and poolside terrace and it is where you will spend most of your time. The 17 Metre swimming pool and large Jacuzzi becomes the focus of daytime activity and the large terrace is superb for sun bathing, having fun or relaxing with family and friends. At night it is transformed into an unforgettable tropical paradise ideal for enjoying an evening meal or drinks at our huge dining table with comfortable chairs which seats 14 adults.
THE VILLA HAS 2 SWIMMING POOLS. The main pool is 17 x 5 x 2m deep. The Jacuzzi is located at the deep end and has a long curved contoured seat. The pool uses a saltwater chlorination system, which is kind to eyes and has no chlorine odor. The second pool is at garden level is very shallow with a waterfall. It's ideal for young children to play. The large well-developed tropical garden is a haven for plants and wildlife.
RENTAL RATES – TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Rental prices are based on a daily rate for each night in the villa. Prices shown are in Pounds Sterling. Discounts are available at our discretion for rentals of 14 days or more, low occupancy, late and early bookings. Minimum rental period is normally 5/6 days but we will accept bookings for shorter periods if we have availability between existing bookings. We will accept payment in other major currencies and fix the rental agreement to that currency. Please contact us and we can provide a detailed quote for the rental costs.
Prices include all taxes, service charge, well water, cooking gas, reasonable usage of electricity, transfers, daily maid service, gardener, linen, towels, unlimited Wi-Fi internet, UBC satellite TV, soap and consumables for washing machine and dishwasher, tissues, kitchen towels and toilet paper. The Phuket region
PHUKET offer an huge range of activities from secluded beaches and stunning island to some jaw dropping night life. The list is endless and should provide everyone with an truly memorable holiday. Choosing where you stay will determine how positive that experience will be. If you plan to party the holiday away then Nai Harn is not the place to stay. If you want a relaxing location which is still close to amenities then Nai Harn is a good choice. Local attractions include a great beach, water sports, temples, restaurants, family friendly bars, local shops all a short walk away. The tempo is decidedly much slower than the more busy tourists spots like Kata, Karon and Patong.
NAI HARN BEACH is about 3 mins away by car and is amongst the best on the island. Despite this, the area is still relatively underdeveloped and provides a haven for expats and tourists alike. There are many local amenities such as a good range of cafes, quality restaurants, bars and small shops. Visit one of the many small spas for a massage or facial at prices you cannot believe. Venture further out to Rawai beach where long tail boats, small seafood cafes and small bars provide a uniquely Thai feel to the area.
CHALONG with its pier is the base for most of the islands water based activities. If you want something a bit more exciting in the evening then take a short scenic drive to Kata, Karon or Patong. There you will find some of the more uniquely racy Thai evening entertainment venues as well as some world class restaurants.
GOLF is a popular activity and Phuket has several good courses: Phunaka golf club - 10km, Phuket Country club - 20km, Loch Palm golf club - 24km, Red Mountain golf club - 21km, Laguna Phuket - 44km, Blue Canyon golf club - 47km, Mission Hills golf club - 51km.
LOCALITY AND AMENITIES
The Villa is ideally located for a family holiday. It is about 100m away from the main road, situated at the end of a cul-de-sac. The area is very quiet and peaceful but it is very close to a number of local amenities. The area around the villa is fully developed but to the rear it has wonderful views over undeveloped land and further away to a small range of mountains. The area is only residential with no bars or restaurants close by that could be noisy. Local amenities within walking distance include several quality restaurants like De Vinci and Amalfi as well as a good range of inexpensive places to eat. There are several convenience stores, bars, wine shops, Banks, pharmacies, car hire, bike hire, a gym and a range of shops all within minutes walk from the villas.

The villa is located on a small side road about 100m from the 4233 in the village of Nai Harn (this is the main road to the beach). From the Airport, drive south towards Chalong and Rawai. At the Chalong circle continue south on the 4024 towards Rawai beach. About 3Km along that road turn right at the first set of lights onto Sai Yuan continue on that road for about 2.3Km until you reach the T junction with the 4233. Turn left towards the beach. About 600m along that road on the right is the junction with Sai Naya (on that corner, there is a new large white building with a white awning and a Family Mart). Continue on the 4233 for about 40m and turn right (at the side of the white building) into a small side road. Continue to the end of that road, the Villas are located at the end on the left.

"Luxurious tropical holiday"
What a place! We have just returned from a few days where we rested in luxury on our way back to the UK from Australia and New Zealand. The setting is beautiful, the accommodation is every bit as special as it sounds in the description, the most noise is from the birdsong in the lush gardens and the icing on the cake for me was the swimming pool which is fantastic for cooling down and relaxing. The owner is on site and is very helpful with local knowledge. I recommend asking him to book a massage by the pool! If mobility is restricted it would be useful to hire a car to reach the nearby spectacular coastline but local amenities are only a short walk away.
