This brand new, privately owned, luxury apartment is situated on the most romantic, picturesque part of the Spanish coast at the Cumbre del Sol, otherwise known as the mountain of sun, on Costa Blanca.

With cooling sea breezes and the most stunning views of the Mediterranean from both the large private sun terrace or the tranquillity of the award winning affinity swimming pool, words just cannot do it justice - it needs to be experienced. Whether you're looking for a short holiday break or thinking of settling in Spain for a long term let or visit, this is the perfect location for you to explore perhaps the most pleasant region in Spain.

The apartment is part of a small family friendly development of private villas and apartments which provide awe inspiring views and the privacy to enjoy your holiday in any way you see fit. Our personal representatives are resident nearby the apartment, and will settle you in and ensure you have the perfect holiday.

There is a flat-screen LCD satellite TV with a full range of UK and European satellite channels.

Both the lounge and main bedroom have full sliding patio doors onto the spacious terrace.

This 2 bedroom luxury apartment is fully furnished and sleeps up to 4 people, with a spacious lounge/dining room, a large luxury bathroom, a fully equipped modern kitchen and 'silent' hot and cold air conditioning, providing everything you need for the perfect holiday.

Smoking is permitted, but only on the terrace.

We recommend you fly into Alicante, but Valencia is also an option although slightly further away. Most of the budget airlines fly into Alicante and prices are especially keen if you can be flexible over timings.

Our resident holiday representatives can arrange to pick you up and deliver you back to Alicante airport, (giving you the opportunity for cheaper, local car hire). Alternatively, car rental at Alicante is easy and very affordable.

We will e-mail you easy to follow pin-point directions to get to the apartment, where our personal representatives will be waiting to meet you and settle you into the apartment.

CONFIRMING YOUR BOOKING - To make a booking simply phone or e-mail us with your dates. We will then send you our bank details so you can complete the money transfer, which should take 3-days, (unless we tell you otherwise). During that short period we will reserve the apartment for you. Your booking is fully confirmed once we receive your payment.

HOW MUCH TO PAY - Your money transfer should be for the full amount of the rental, (in the table above or as advised). In addition, there is a security deposit of £175 that we guarantee to return to you within 1-week of you holiday (subject to no breakages!).

CLEANING AND LAUNDRY - In addition to the rental, there is a small cleaning and laundry charge of 60 Euros which you simply pay to our local concierge at the end of your holiday. Also, we are happy to supply an optional welcome pack of basic food items for £15 - £25, simply let us know if you want this on your arrival. Beach/pool towels are not included, so please bring those with you if you plan to use the pool.
