This 2 bedroom luxury apartment is fully furnished and sleeps up to 4 people, with a spacious lounge/dining room, a large luxury bathroom, a fully equipped modern kitchen and 'silent' hot and cold air conditioning, providing everything you need for the perfect holiday.
Smoking is permitted, but only on the terrace.

We recommend you fly into Alicante, but Valencia is also an option although slightly further away. Most of the budget airlines fly into Alicante and prices are especially keen if you can be flexible over timings.
Our resident holiday representatives can arrange to pick you up and deliver you back to Alicante airport, (giving you the opportunity for cheaper, local car hire). Alternatively, car rental at Alicante is easy and very affordable.
We will e-mail you easy to follow pin-point directions to get to the apartment, where our personal representatives will be waiting to meet you and settle you into the apartment.

We just wanted to get away from it all and the owners promised that we would. We had no problem finding the apartment which had outstanding views especially of Ibiza and Formentara. We spent a lot of time watching the world go by and to look down on the clouds was amazing. The climb up to our accommodation afforded us outstanding views also.The apartment was well appointed we had everything we could want. We were well placed for all the little towns each one had something special. We were very sad to leave but came away so relaxed we were horizontal. |

CONFIRMING YOUR BOOKING - To make a booking simply phone or e-mail us with your dates. We will then send you our bank details so you can complete the money transfer, which should take 3-days, (unless we tell you otherwise). During that short period we will reserve the apartment for you. Your booking is fully confirmed once we receive your payment.<BR><BR>HOW MUCH TO PAY - Your money transfer should be for the full amount of the rental, (in the table above or as advised). In addition, there is a security deposit of £175 that we guarantee to return to you within 1-week of you holiday (subject to no breakages!).<BR><BR>CLEANING AND LAUNDRY - In addition to the rental, there is a small cleaning and laundry charge of 70 Euros which you simply pay to our local concierge at the end of your holiday. Also, we are happy to supply an optional welcome pack of basic food items for £15 - £25, simply let us know if you want this on your arrival. Beach/pool towels are not included, so please bring those with you if you plan to use the pool. <BR><BR>If you have any specific requirements or needs, do please let us know and we'll do what we can to help you.
