The accommodation is arranged on one level throughout and comprises a large lounge, separate dining room, and fully fitted kitchen.
There is a covered terrace providing a shaded area to relax/dine outside, together with a spacious rooftop solarium which has uninterrupted mountain views. The large private gardens (one of the largest plots on Camposol) houses the 9m x 5m swimming pool. There are plenty of areas to choose from to sunbathe ensuring that the sun can always see you!

The Costa Calida/Murcia region
The Costa Calida, known as the Warm Coast, is situated in the south east corner of the Iberian Peninsula. To the north lies the Costa Blanca and to the south is Almeria. There are some 250km of coastline and it benefits from around 320 days of sunshine per year with temperatures ranging from 18C to 38C in the summer season and around 12C to 22C during the winter season.
The many sandy beaches make the Costa Calida a very popular holiday destination with both the English and the Spanish.
Mazarron / Camposol Golf area
Camposol: -
Camposol, which translates as 'Countryside in the Sun' is situated 12kms (11 mins by car) from the lovely beaches of Mazarron. It is predominently a residential area and therefore respect for those living close by would be appreciated. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing break then this is the place for you. A superb inland village has been created with supermarkets, several restaurants, bars, including sports bar with Sky Sports, racing etc, shops, banks, and hairdressers - all within a short drive of Casa Centelles, without even having to leave Camposol itself. Restaurant choices include 2 Chineses, Indian, Italian, Spanish and English. There is also a petrol station on site.
There is an 18 hole golf course, within a 3 minute drive, where as long as you have your handicap card, you can play. At the golf course you will also find a luxury clubhouse which serves food and drinks and has weekend entertainment, together with the driving range where a bucket of balls costs a modest fee.
The spa hotel which is currently under construction is due to open shortly, no dates available as yet.
Mazarron - Where the mountains meet the sea...
Mazarron is a small Spanish town and is situated 25 miles from Murcia. The main town has banks, indoor produce market, medical facilities, shops and restaurants, while 5 minutes drive away is Puerto de Mazarron.
Puerto de Mazarron : -
Puerto de Mazarron has superb sandy beaches and secluded coves, a harbour and a marina. There are many excellent bars and restaurants to choose from where you can delight in local dishes and practice your Spanish at the same time!
The paseo has been extended and now reaches down to El Alamillo and a walk along here is a lovely way to pass the warm evenings. Apart from tourism, the region is famous for farming and agriculture. Most of the tomatoes in British supermarkets come from this area.
Sports:-
Mazarron is one of the most important tourist centres for marine and sub-aquatic activities in Spain. The frequency of prevailing winds throughout the year in the Bay of Mazarron means sailing instruction and practice can be undertaken at any time of the year. Furthermore, the clear waters and rich flora and fauna offer the diving enthusiast some highly interesting underwater depths.
But Mazarron is not only sea, but land & air too, from hang-gliding to rock climing thre is much to see and do in this unspoilt corner of Spain. Walking, Cycling and Horseriding are just some of the activities available in the local area. If you like adventure sports and being close to nature, you are in the right place.
Sierra Espuna:-
To the north of Mazarron, through Totana or Alhama, you will find the beautiful national park, Sierra Espuna. The views are spectacular and along the journey you will find a few small bars and restaurants serving good quality and reasonably priced food. There are a number of walks signposted and if you are lucky, you will see some wild boar and red squirrels. See a different side of Spain as here there is not a beach or swimming pool in sight.
How to get there
Both Alicante and San Javier (Murcia) airports are well serviced by all the major budget airlines including British Airways, Britannia, Easyjet, Monarch, Flybe, Excel Airways and Ryanair, so there's plenty to choose from depending on your location.
Journey time from San Javier (Murcia) to Camposol is approximately 50 minutes Journey time from Alicante is approximatey 1 hour 15 minutes
Car hire is easy to arrange at either airport but must be pre-booked. Some examples are www.carjet.co.uk, www.avis.com, www.europcar.com, www.amigoautos.com or you can try www.car-hire-broker.com who check all car hire companies for the best deals available.
Taxi can be arranged in advance either from Murcia airport for approximately 40 euros one way or 70 euros for a round trip. The cost of a taxi from Alicante is approximately 50 euros or 90 euros for the round trip.

Further details indoors: This superb villa has been furnished to an exceptionally high standard with leather sofas and dining chairs which complement the wooden furnishings and tasteful accessories.
The lounge and all bedrooms benefit from hot and cold air conditioning units. The property is also equipped with central heating which, together with the log burner in the lounge, make this an ideal "all year round" holiday home. There are 2 x 3-seater sofas and 1 x 2-seater sofabed in the lounge. The lounge is also equipped with a 32inch LCD TV complete with English Satellite system for freeview channels, DVD player and CD Hi-FI. DVD library. All bedrooms have built in wardrobesand ample drawer space.
The dining room has seating for 8.
The kitchen is fully equipped with every convenience including washing machine, dishwasher, combination microwave and fridge/freezer together with gas hob & electric oven.
There is plenty of hot water serviced by gas and electricity, ensuring your shower won't run cold!!
All bed linen and towels are provided during your stay for internal use only. Please bring your own pool/beach towels.

Further details outdoors: The villa benefits from being situated in an elevated position with large secluded gardens, which are laid with shingle paths and garden areas. The private 9m x 5m roman-end swimming pool will be serviced regularly for your comfort and enjoyment. Six sunbeds are provided and there is a brick-laid patio area complete with furniture in addition to the terrace furnishings.
The gardens are mainly planted with tropical plants, Orange & Olive trees (please feel free to pick these when in season), and fir trees to two perimter walls to assist privacy. There is also a small herb garden to add some flavour to your cooking!
There are ornamental lamposts and concealed garden lighting which makes this an ideal setting for those evening bbq's.
The ground floor terrace is furnished with wicker glass-topped table and chairs providing an excellent place for al fresco dining and a quiet place to read out of the sun.
The first floor sunterrace is also equipped with a table and chairs and provides uninterrupted mountain views.

Wheelchair Access: Alhough the accommodation is arranged over one floor, the access to and from the property (with stairs and shingle pathways) render it unsuitable for wheelchair users.
