Seaside holiday house is spacious and comfortable and located on a big block surrounded by large trees that are home to possums and a variety of birds. Spectacular swimming, fishing, snorkelling, kite surfing, paddle boarding and surfing beaches are three minutes walk away. When you return from your swim take an outdoor shower under the trees and enjoy local award winning wines while you relax on the private deck under the shady trees.

The house has 4 bedrooms with 1 king bed, 2 queen beds and a double/single bunk bed. There is an ensuite, 1 family bathroom and laundry. The house sleeps up to 8 people and has comfortable beds, a large spacious lounge suite, widescreen TV, DVD, CD, wood fire, washing machine and a modern kitchen. A BBQ and outdoor furniture is provided.

Golfing, canoeing, walking and cycling trails, restaurants, cafes, wineries and children's playground are all within a short walking or driving distance from Seaside. Gourmet food locations, local artists and galleries are also within the Margaret River area.

This is the perfect location for families, couples or a group of friends just wanting to 'get away from it all' and be beside the seaside!

Margaret River

The seaside town of Prevelly Park is situated 10km west of the Margaret River town and is host to the annual surfing World Champion Tour which is held at Surfers Point in Prevelly. This area is in the top 10 surf locations in the world. Nearby Margaret River flows into the Indian Ocean. This area boasts spectacular scenery, stunning sunsets, pristine beaches and friendly locals. There are many ocean and river activities and tours available for all ages. Children will love the safe swimming beaches or river mouth as well as the children's playground near Surfers Point. Kite surfing, stand up boarding, sea kayaking, snorkelling, fishing, diving, canoeing on the river, restaurants, cafes and caves are all within a stones throw of Prevelly. There are Aboriginal Heritage sights that are walking distance within Prevelly town and tours that will take you to these sites. The Margaret River Golf Course is only a 5 minute drive away from Seaside and there are many walking trails through the bush, forest and along the beach and coastline. The Cape to Cape trek goes through the Prevelly area.In this peaceful, picturesque seaside town, visitors can choose to be active or relax on the beach or at the river.
