Luxury first floor apartment with large balcony facing the Mediterranean Sea with stunning views.

2 spacious bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. The master bedroom which also opens to the balcony has an en suite with a jacuzzi bathtub. The lounge also opens to the balcony and has large sliding windows.
There are 3 pools for the residents of Euromarina towers with access to the beach from the pool area.

Fully air conditioned apartment with electrical equipment including 32" LCD TV ( + Spanish TDT ) and DVD player with Karaoke. Furnishing includes Sofa-bed and fully equipped kitchen with breakfast stools.

This location is ideal for families who want a beach holiday and plenty of activities and amenities nearby. Within walking distance there is restaurant facing the Mar Menor lake and a bakery. An attraction is the Tomas Maestre Marina which has restaurants and bars.

Cabo de Palos is a short drive or bus journey away offering more choice in eateries.

The Costa Calida region

Costa Calida or 'The Warm Coast' is a 250 km of coastline in the province of Murcia which boasts high mean annual temperatures hence its name.

A unique feature of this area is the Mar Menor or 'Little Sea' - Europe's largest saltwater lagoon said to be famous for its healing properties. It is bordered by the Mainland coastline and the La Manga strip.

The area is also a golf haven with a 9 hole course walking distance from the apartment and many courses and resorts such as the famous La Manga Club and three championship courses, Torre Pacheo, Haciena del Alamo, Villamartin, Campomar, Polaris World and many more within a short drive.

Go karting, kite surfing, jet skis and many more water sports can be found locally within the area.

The La Manga Del Mar Menor / La Manga Strip area

La Manga is close to the fishing port of Cabo de Palos which is located before the main La Manga strip. It has many bars and restaurants with an active night life.

Cartegena is the closest city which a short drive away offering many more amenities and attractions.

Many budget airlines including Ryanair and Easyjet fly to the closest airport - MURCIA - San Javier (20-30 mins drive) and Alicante (45- 60 mins drive).

Car hire companies are available at the airports and pre-booking is advised in peak season to avoid disappointment. The popular ones are Record, Centauro, Goldcar, Auriga Crown, Solmar, Europcar and Hertz.

“Stunning apartment with stunning views” We stayed here in January 2012. The apartment is immaculate, contemporary and very spacious. The views from the lounge, master bedroom and balcony are amazing. Very easy to find and would definitely stay here again.

“Very enjoyable holiday and the apartment was perfect” We stayed at Euromarina in July and enjoyed it so much we went back again at the end of August. The apartment had everything we needed and was located right in front of the beach and with 2 large pools (plus a childrens small pool). I plan to go back again I liked it so much.
