Flat in mezzanine, with ramp access, 110 square meters, three terraces, three bedrooms, kitchen, two bathrooms, Gallery and garage inside.

Gallery with washing machine and electric water heater of 80 litres, kitchen in which you can eat up to four people, with burners of gas, oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and water dispenser of osmosis to avoid having to buy bottled water.

A fourth bathroom with bathtub with shower, bidet, toilet and sink, and another with sink, toilet and shower.

The dining room with sofa chaise longue, TV led 40 "with mobile wall mount to either view it from the table of the dining room, sofa, or the terrace which also has views to the swimming pool.

In seafront, building in the form of "U", in the center of the pool, and front, the promenade and the beach, do not even have to cross a street.

    If JOSE ENRIQUE (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
