The 156 square metre ocean view penthouse apartment in Karon Beach offers spacious living space and a further 130 square metre private rooftop garden. Accommodations include 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, large living & dining room and fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom includes a private en-suite bathroom, king size bed and large veranda patio with sea views. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and private balcony. Both bedrooms include luxurious and plush beds (USA made Sealy Posturepedic mattresses). The living room has a full size sofa bed to accommodate another 2 people and allowing up to 6 guest occupancy. **Additional Charges Apply For Extra Guests** Baby crib/cot available upon request.

The private rooftop garden is an area in which you can relax on comfortable furnishings on the covered sala with stunning ocean views, sunbathe on the cushioned lounge chairs or enjoy a cooling soak in the large Jacuzzi pool.

The penthouse includes all the comforts of home and is decorated with a fusion of traditional western comfort with Asian styling. Huge floor-to-ceiling windows wrap around the living room area giving unobstructed ocean views. Relax on the living room sofa while you watch the breath taking sunsets over Karon Beach. The living room features a comfortable sectional sofa plus loveseat and a 50 inch LCD TV with both cable TV and Unlimited Netflix streaming, plus a DVD player and selection of movies. High speed Internet (60Mbps) is also available throughout the apartment.

Enjoy the luxury of a completely equipped kitchen including; electric stove, electric convection oven microwave, dishwasher, wine chiller, filtered water system and large refrigerator/freezer with automatic ice-maker. The apartment comes equipped with a washer and dryer on the side balcony, so you have convenience of doing your own laundry.

The penthouse apartment is very spacious and private. All rooms are individually air-conditioned for your comfort. There are also ceiling fans in every room, including one on the veranda and in the rooftop sala. The Penthouse units is truly your “home away from home” on the beach paradise of Phuket Island.

Why can't I call Todd (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Todd (the owner) a message.

If Todd (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
