The Palms Resort, Kamala Beach is a modern upscale family resort, located just 30 meters from the long stretch and stunningly beautiful Kamala Beach! From The Palms Resort is also only 40 minutes drive from Phuket International Airport and is the ideal location in Kamala provides direct proximity to shopping, restaurants and bars, banks, post office etc..

This luxury penthouse apartment has 3 bedrooms King size with 3 tiled bathrooms. Large comfortable designer living room with large balcony and unobstructed ocean views. The living room is open plan with the lavish, fully-equipped western kitchen (built in western appliances). The private roof terrace located on the top floor is 168 square meters and in addition to wonderful views of the sea's glittering waves, here is furnished dining area under cover, 3 x 3 meter Jacuzzi and sundeck with more sunbeds.

In the living room there is a television with satellite TV. There is also TV-set in 2 of the bedrooms. There are also full climate control everywhere and lighting programs with several different mood creation modes. In the area there is access to optional daily maid service, 24 hour reception service, lounge, pool bar, lounge bar, fitness center (gym) and Restaurant. This is, in other words, the perfect family apartment which is located in the perfect resort. Note that cost for water (100 - 200 baht), electricity (6 baht/kwh) is not included.

Cleaning and changing of bed sheets every 7:th day is included in the price.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
