Our Laguna Villa has a private pool and jacuzzi and is conveniently located within a gated community in a tranquil area that looks west to Hua Hin's surrounding hills.

The community boasts 2 club houses, with a gymn and community pool.

Laguna is approximately 2 kilometers from the sandy north beach at Hua Hin, 3.5 kilometers from the idyllic beach south of the headland, 2 kilometers from the impressive 'Market Village' shopping and entertainment complex, and smaller shops, restaurants and bars range from 0.5 kilometers to 4 kilometers.

Laguna is therefore near enough to the town and beaches to be convenient, yet offers peace and solitude.

Hua Hin is widely regarded as one of the best golfing destinations in South East Asia, with a wealth of top quality courses all within a 30 minute drive of the town.

Water sports are also popular, as is freshwater and sea fishing.

Hua Hin has two elephant parks, and is close to some dramatic national parks.

Many secluded coves, waterfalls, and caves are close by and are well worth a visit.

A tuktuk service is available to take you into Hua Hin village in the morning and return in the afternoon ,there is a small charge, please clarify this with the guard at the gate.. Other times can be booked by arrangement with the security guard at the gate.

We can arrange for a taxi transfer from Bangkok airport /train station/ hotel to the villa. Please inquire with the owners.

A 30% deposit is required when booking, with the balance due no later than 30 days prior to your arrival date.

Bookings made within the 1 month prior to arrival period must be paid in full at time of booking.

The rental fee covers hire of villa, household water and electricity, satellite TV and wifi internet and end of stay cleaning.

Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.

A security deposit is required of £150 to cover any accidental damage. This deposit is payable on arrival and is returned on departure upon satisfactory inspection of the villa.

Maid//laundry/cleaning services available on request.

The interior is beautifully furnished, with a large leather sofa and a traditional wood dining suite.

The main bedroom features a four poster bed and has patio doors that open to the terrace and pool.

A hairdryer is provided.

The two shower rooms, one of which is en-suite, are fitted with multi-nozzled showers.

Laguna is a secure gated group of villas with a central communal ;free-form pool, gym and pool/ snooker room available to our guests

The area is always quiet.

The villa has gardens front and rear, the front given to colorful fragrant flowers, the rear to a generous sized private pool, jacuzzi, terrace and lawn, which runs to a natural lagoon at the end of the garden.

The terrace provides the perfect setting for a quiet drink while watching the sunset over the hills, followed by al- fresco evening meal at the terrace dining table.

The property has its own drive and there is a car port.

Why can't I call Sandra (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sandra (the owner) a message.

If Sandra (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
