Luxury furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa set in large gardens, benefitting from a 9m x 5m private pool which can be heated if required (additional charge). The property is air-conditioned and centrally heated. The accommodation is arranged on one level throughout and comprises a large lounge, separate dining room, and fully fitted kitchen.

There is a covered terrace providing a shaded area to relax/dine outside, together with a spacious rooftop solarium which has uninterrupted mountain views. The large private gardens (one of the largest plots on Camposol) houses the 9m x 5m swimming pool. There are plenty of areas to choose from to sunbathe ensuring that the sun can always see you!

Arrival Time: After 4.00 PM Departure Time: By 9.00 AM. We can take payments to be made via the online booking system. Please note during the high season, changeover day is strictly Saturday only. Deposit : 25% required on booking please. Balance: To be paid 8 weeks before holiday start date. Wi-Fi is available, a travel cot and high chair are available at no additional charge (you will need to bring your own bedding for the cot). We also take a £500 security deposit (payable with holiday balance) which will be refunded to you after the holiday. End of stay cleaning is charged at £100 per stay. All damages must be reported to the key holder and must be paid for before departure. Long term lets available, subject to availability. Please ask for details. Sorry, no 'single-sex' parties under 25 years of age will be permitted. Wheelchair Access: Although the accommodation is arranged over one floor, the access to and from the property (with stairs and shingle pathways) render it unsuitable for wheelchair users.

This superb villa has been furnished to an exceptionally high standard with leather sofas and dining chairs which complement the wooden furnishings and tasteful accessories. All bedrooms benefit from hot and cold air conditioning units. The property is also equipped with central heating which, together with the log burner in the lounge, make this an ideal "all year round" holiday home. There are 2 x 3-seater sofas and 1 x 2-seater sofabed in the lounge. The lounge is also equipped with a 40inch LCD TV complete with English Satellite system for freeview channels, DVD player and CD Hi-FI. DVD library. All bedrooms have built in wardrobesand ample drawer space.The dining room has seating for 8.The kitchen is fully equipped with every convenience including washing machine, dishwasher, combination microwave and fridge/freezer together with gas hob & electric oven. There is plenty of hot water serviced by gas and electricity, ensuring your shower won't run cold!! All bed linen and towels are provided during your stay for internal use only. Please bring your own pool/beach towels. Sorry, no pets allowed and please - no smoking internally.

The villa benefits from being situated in an elevated position with large gardens, which are laid with shingle paths and garden areas. The private 9m x 5m roman-end swimming pool will be serviced regularly for your comfort and enjoyment. Eight sunbeds are provided and there is a brick-laid patio area complete with furniture in addition to the terrace furnishings. The gardens are mainly planted with tropical plants, Lemon, Orange & Olive trees (please feel free to pick these when in season), and trees to two perimter walls to assist privacy. There are ornamental lamposts and concealed garden lighting which makes this an ideal setting for those evening BBQ's. The ground floor terrace is furnished with wicker glass-topped table and chairs providing an excellent place for al-fresco dining and a quiet place to read out of the sun.Please note there is a jacuzzi within the gardens but this is not available for guests.

Gracias por su comentario, sin embargo, estoy muy decepcionado de escuchar sobre el problema con la ropa de cama y le pediré una explicación a mi ama de llaves. También lamento mucho saber que tuvo problemas con el agua caliente. Si hubiera planteado esto al ama de llaves, esto podría haberse resuelto de inmediato; podría haber sido la falla de la caldera la que tendría que reiniciarse desde el sótano. Debería habernos telefoneado a ella oa mí y podríamos haber solucionado esto por usted.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send June (the owner) a message.

If June (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
