2 B/R - 2nd floor Penthouse in the "Patatran" apartment block on Eden Island , measuring 165 m2 , superbly located right on the waterfront with a commanding view on the lively Eden Island Deep Water Marina . Completely redecorated and refitted with new furniture in February 2016.

The Penthouse is fully A/Cd with ceiling fans in all rooms and veranda. Masterbedroom features a king size double bed and the Guest room two single beds. Both rooms have their en-suite bathrooms with separate shower and toilet cabinets and vanity desks.

The large lounge hosts a dining (6 guests) and a lounge settee . There is a fully equipped open plan kitchen with all Miele appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, tumbler, fridge/freezer

A large magnificent covered wrap around veranda (270 degree view!!) offers total privacy and and a unique relaxation area with 3 sun beds and a comfortable veranda settee. Wall safes for your valuables are fitted in all rooms. On the veranda you will find a very comfortable outdoor dining set with a Weber BB Gas Grill.

From the main veranda you will see nearby Mahé Island with its flush green granite hills dropping steeply into the turquoise Indian ocean. There are flat screen TVs ( with DSTV Sat subscription) in all rooms, free unlimited WIFI (ok for emailing but slow for streaming videos) , a golf cart to move around the island and a double seater Kayak for those wishing to venture out to Cerf Island. Free parking for rental cars in Parkhouse.

Within walking distance you will find 4 lovely private swimming beaches. A swimming pool with a kids' section is located right behind the Penthouse (50 mts away!) You are also welcome to use of the Island's clubhouse with a fully equipped gym , an infinity swimming pool, a floodlit tennis court a kids' playroom and a snack bar. Eden Island also offers a retail shopping centre (Eden Plaza) with a Spar Supermarket, a five star hotel (Eden Bleu Hotel) , 7 dockside restaurants and numerous cafes and bars, a pharmacy, banks with ATMs , an ice cream parlour , boutiques etc.

A double seater Kayak is available. free of charge upon request.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Georges (the owner) a message.

If Georges (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
