About the home

Modern villa set in the hills behind Denia. Breath taking views over orange and lemon groves to the sea at Denia. All you need for a comfortable holiday is provided. This is not a basic holiday rental but, a home from home.

Open plan living and dining area with Air-con/climate control. Fully equipped kitchen. Master bedroom with four poster bed and en-suite with corner bath and separate shower. Second bedroom with twin beds (can be turned into a doublebed) and ajoining bathroom. Large terraces with swimming pool and BBQ. Covered dining area by the pool with seating for six. Lovely private gardens and private off road parking.

Villa Elizabeth is set in mature colourful gardens. Large patio areas surround the swimming pool with a covered dining area for meals or just for a shade to relax and read a book. The terraces all have superb views over the orange and lemon groves to the sea. The views to the left are to the mountains with views to the right of wooded hillsides.

Conditions

Steps from private parking area make it unsuitable for disabled wheelchair users.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The Costa Blanca has a fantastic climate all year round and is a perfect holiday destination whatever the season. The area has fantastic beaches and golf enthusiasts will be spoilt for choice. The nearest town is Orba and you can reach Denia in about a fifteen minute drive. The property is also situated within easy reach of Calpe and Javea. This is a beutiful area with groves of orange and lemon trees. Costa Blanca is a green coast rather than the more desert areas to be found further south.

The Denia / Benidoleig area

The property is within 15 minutes to the motorway thus bringing the whole coast of the Costa Brava within easy reach. There are good local supermarkets providing what you need without the need of a "Daytrip" for your everyday needs. There are many activities within a short drive ranging from Theme and Water Parks near Benedorm to a Saffari Park within 10 minutes (El Vergel).

Nearest airports are Alicante and Valencia. Both of which are aprox 1hour 15 minutes from the villa. Most of the route is direct motorway with the last 10 minutes more rural roads. Most car-hire companies available at both airports.
