These 100% remodeled condos are in the heart of the most exciting area of Chiang Mai, Nimman, located across from Chiang mai University. This part of the city is where the best trendy restaurants, coffee shops, spas and small shopping boutiques are. Great to be in the middle of the action, walk to 100+ restaurants and other great night life spots and temples.Be one of the first to rent one of these three beautiful (47sqm) 11th story condos with fantastic views of the City including Doi Suthep and mountain views. Chom Doi #2 is one of the most iconic condos in Chiang Mai (these three condos are the most recently renovated and the highest end accommodations in the building). Building has Glass elevators and a beautiful swimming pool for a great way to cool down after a long day of exploring. This is not your average studio condo it has an large open floor plan and a high end complete kitchen. This includes microwave oven , electric cooktop, larger refrigerator, standard size oven, and hot water (all rare in Chiang Mai). Plates glasses and cooking utensils are also included. Beautiful contemporary cabinets with large granite counters and custom built ins for plenty of storage.All new beautiful modern tile bathroom with large shower unlimited hot water and good pressure with high end fixtures.New Sealy queen mattress with gel foam topper, high end sheets and towels imported from the US. A comfortable sitting area to relax and watch tv from and another area with bar stools around the granite peninsula in the kitchen. There is also a built in office with 20mb wifi (lap top available on request)A 42" Flat scene tv with cable and DVD player (free dvds available) .There is a long balcony with a small table and chairs for two, great place for beautiful sunsets and mountain and city views!!!! We want you to know we are here to make your visit a vacation to remember. We will pick you up at the Airport, help you with your bags and give you a tour of your new home away from home. We will set you up with the use of a local cell phone and a late model scooter ( best way to get around Chiang Mai ). This is all included in your rental rate!We can also arrange private tours and special events, just ask and we try to full fill all your special needs. We have three condos on the same floor with two condos side by side if additional space is needed.BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN CHIANG MAI !!!!!!

A little far from old city if you don’t use the scooter. Right on flight path for airport. Not a big deal. Both peter and Puy were excellent

I am glad you had a nice stay. Yes all of the Niman area has some flights that take off over it. Most head south but we do have a few that head north. Thats why we have the highend windows to help keep it nice and quite. These days this area is more popular then the over touristy old town area and better resturants too. (thats why this is the most expensive area in Chiang mai. Thanks again

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Peter (the owner) a message.

If Peter (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
