Acogedor apartamento de unos 80 m2, situado en el emblemático barrio de Triana y con unas espectaculares vistas al conjunto histórico de Sevilla.

Un apartamento totalmente exterior, luminoso y tranquilo, ideal para relajarse y descansar.

Dispone de dos dormitorios, un baño, cocina y un amplio salón- comedor, distribuido estratégicamente con el fin de crear diferentes espacios ó rincones de relax, lectura... o el simple hecho de disfrutar de una copa de vino.

La decoración y el mobiliario se caracterizan por ser muy funcionales y actuales, pero sin escatimar en los pequeños detalles que hacen disfrutar de cada momento de la estancia, y al mismo tiempo con un "toque" trianero, para que los huéspedes se sientan como en casa, pero no olviden que se encuentran en el mítico barrio de Triana, uno de los barrios con más solera y tradición de la ciudad.

Anexa al salón se ubica una coqueta terraza con amplias cristaleras y cuidados detalles, que además de dar una gran luminosidad al apartamento, ofrece unas espectaculares vistas a la Catedral y a la Giralda, emblemas de la ciudad hispalense.

Why can't I call Montse (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Montse (the owner) a message.

If Montse (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
