Can Roy is certainly one of the most of the impressive villas, especially with the incredible views of the bay and the castle in Ibiza Town. A lot of detail has gone into the house, and it's made extra special by being in one of Ibiza's most exclusive and sought-after areas.

We cater exclusively for families with children, or groups of mature couples. The neighbourhood is peaceful, with respectful and quiet neighbours, and as such, we maintain a similar profile with our guests.

It's only 20 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes into Ibiza town, 5 minutes to Pacha nightclub, 5 minutes to Destino and 5-10 minutes walk to Talamanca beach.

The villa is fully equipped with everything you might need, including air-con throughout, and all mod-cons are installed with high-quality brands and everything is maintained to the highest standards.

Decorated to a very high standard, the furnishings, art work and fittings, reflect a modern Ibizan style, with references to Moorish and Andaluz influences, and also reflects Roy's partly African heritage. There are some original charming features from when the first part of the villa was built in the 1980's, blended with the ultra-modern extension.

The extensive garden is well maintained, with a selection of Mediterranean and sub-tropical flora. The pool is naturally heated with water filtered through salt rocks, to keep the use of chemicals to an absolute minimum. The pool window is a novelty, which is a fun and unique feature, so you can see swimmers underwater from the steps at the front. There are 2 coal BBQs - one in the main garden, and another on the upper-terrace.

All the bedrooms have plenty of space, and except the twin room, have king-size beds. All come with ample storage and subtle lightning.. There are black-out curtains and sliding shutters, if you like darkness, and plenty of natural light, if you prefer your room to be bright.

This house has been on BBC 1's - Get Away for The Winter, and Channel 4's - Homes by the Med, and was described By Gloria Hunniford as a house which “exudes opulence"

You’ll be taken good care of, and help and assistance is always available, and we provide a concierge like service, for our guests who require it: From restaurant reservations, guidance, boat charters, through to in-house chefs, Dean will be happy to help.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Dean (the owner) a message.

If Dean (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
