Beautiful Rosa style detached villa on Camposol B sector which is close the commercial centre with various shops, bars & restaurants, ideal for those who do not wish to hire a car.

With a private pool surrounded by loungers & table & chairs. The walls have been raised which provide extra privacy to the holidaymakers.

The villa itself is furnished to a high standard & is very bright & coulourful throughout.. In the lounge there is a cream leather sofa and 2 armchairs, flatscreeen tv with Uk free to air channels, ceiling fan & air conditioning (there is also a log burner for the winter months) & free wifi.

There is the added benefit of a second lounge area which adjoins the main lounge, with sofa bed & further tv with games console. Ideal for the children. This room can be separated by heavy curtains giving privacy when the sofa bed is in use & the room is used as a third bedroom.

The kitchen with blue fitted units is very well equipped with all the usual appliances including a dishwasher. The washing machine can be found in the cupboard outside.

There are 2 bedrooms in the villa. The first being the master bedroom, with air conditioning, with a modern, refitted en-suite bathroom with walk in shower.

The second bedroom is a twin room & with fitted wardrobes.

The modern, family bathroom is located opposite this bedroom with which has also been recently refitted with a walk-in shower. A door rom this bathroom leads to the rear terrace, providing access to the bathroom from the pool area without walking through the villa whilst wet.

Overlooking the pool is the glazed conservatory with pine dining table & chairs. There is also a small open, terrace in front of the conservatory & further terracing all the way along the rear of the villa with steps that lead to the roof top solarium.

Around the pool, there are sun loungers & tables & chairs, for al fresco dining or simply enjoying a drink by the pool.

There is also a brick built charcoal BBQ & outside shower.

The villa is very secure with security grills on all windows & doors & has secure off road parking.

About a week prior to arrival you will be asked for your arrival details etc. Early arrivals or late departure can be arranged if suitable, upon request. For arrivals during working hours, you will be met with the keys, otherwise you will be advised where to find the keys, and the same upon departure. I will be available throughout the time of your stay should you encounter any problems.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
