We are in Calafell Residential, Apartment highlight of our great comfort, modern and not lacking details, you will feel like in your house, it is very comfortable, also has swimming pool for adults and children. Within walking distance of the beach, we walk are 10 minutes drive does not reach 5 minutes. The train station also have 10 minutes. extensive, clean beaches, easily accessible for those who want to sunbathe in the summer and relaxing walks in winter. Have free WiFi, some books to read, games for adults and a children's play. We also offer free park folding cot so you do not have to come loaded, even if they request it before coming or arrival, we leave a couple of sets of fitted sheets so you only have to bring sheets to cover the baby. Respect your neighbors, try not to make noise in the early hours and from 22.00 pm. The communal area is shared, they have to respect the rules indicated on a sign. Guests are expected to look after the property as his own. We will always be grateful. We offer free of charge sheets and towels for all guests, so you come only with your desire to have fun and unwind. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, if you have to smoke can smoke on the terrace. Right next to the apartment you have supermarket, bars, cafe, pharmacy, a park for children with a mini zip line (just outside the building), a few meters have a 24-hour emergency service medical center, coffee shop, bakery , football, library, lottery office, gas station with service shop and a large municipal soccer field well known in Calafell "cAMP MUNICIPAL DE CALAFELL" with artificial turf and bleachers in the open, spectacular. Unless you have 5 minutes and 10 minutes Mercadona Lidl. There is also a small children's Skatepark. You will be always welcome to our home and we want to make your stay a second home. Welcome as you leave: cool drink in the fridge and some snacks, we like to have details with people who come to our house, to make the stay more enjoyable. Prices do not include the residence tax. upon arrival you will be charged, always in cash. If staying longer than a week, no tourist tax is charged during the second week of stay, as their legal maximum is 7 nights. All children under 16 years are exempt from paying the fee. Price tourist tax per person per night: € 0.99, VAT included. (Law 5/2012 of 20 March Parliament of Catalonia). Upon arrival data passport or travel document all guests will be required.
