Gorgeous villa located in a gated community with 24 hour security, midway between Cabarete and Sosua. This luxury Spanish-styled villa offers privacy, serenity, and it is 150 meters from a private beach. Enjoy high ceilings and numerous archways throughout this spacious, open and inviting home. Walk out to the clear, refreshing private pool and enjoy looking at the birds, butterflies in our tropical garden, allowing guest the ultimate for relaxation and entertaining.

All 3 bedrooms feature AC, cable TV's, queen size beds and ceiling fans. Master bedroom offers two mahogany French doors that open to the gorgeous porch and pool. There is also a large walk-in closet, and safe-deposit box room. Master bedroom offers a Jacuzzi tub and a sizable shower. The other 2 bedrooms located on the other side of the house are divided by an ensuite bathroom with double sinks and a bathtub. Each bedroom has a separate door to the bathroom. Our studio/office offers a desk where business can be performed, a pull out sofa and a table. The villa also features a large gourmet style kitchen fully equipped with granite countertops and a large island with a sink. There is also a water cooler/dispenser. The living room boasts high ceilings and has a beautiful view of the relaxing spacious terrace and pool through four french doors. There is a hammock on the back porch as well. Washer and dryer are available on the premises. Maid service everyday is included.

The villa is only minutes away from deep sea fishing, scuba diving, snorkeling, stunning beaches, zip lining/monkey jungle, and horse back riding. Enjoy surfing in the warm water of 'El Encuentro', one of the most famous reef-breaks of the North-Coast and only 2.5 miles or if you prefer you can walk on the beach. 5 miles away to the World Famous kite beach in Cabarete and half of mile from kite beach to the windsurfing beach.

The rental rate includes all house charges: initial/final cleanings, daily maid service, taxes, gardening, security, gas, pool maintenance, garbage disposal, internet connection, satellite TV, residence fees etc.

Check-in and check-out times are flexible if there are no guests staying before/after you. Otherwise, check-in is at 3:00 pm and check-out is at noon, to allow enough time for the cleaning.
