About the home

2 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach bungalow with patio overlooking Olympic size swimming pool. The bungalow has a fully fitted hardwood kitchen and bedrooms with triple door wardrobes for maximum storage.

The master bedroom is en suite with tiled wet-room and luxury fitments. A large patio outside accommodates cane loungers and a eating area with table and 4 chairs.

The bungalow stands in a small complex with a boundary wall and security gates, with direct access to 27 kilometres of white sandy beaches. Beach and restaurants in walking distance and taxis standing by to explore local surroundings. Watersports available on the Beach along with full aruvedic massage & alternative health & spa treatments.

Maid Service is included in the price listed.
Bedlinen & towels are provided.

The Benaulim / Varca area

Varca, Cavelossim, and Mabor are the most beautiful beaches south of Benaulim. These beaches are much cleaner and quieter than most of the famous beaches of Goa. There are numerous beach restaurants offering a variety of Goan dishes and seafood at reasonable prices.
If you fancy a change the many rivers are available to be explored using a rice boat or traditonal Goan fishing boats where you are fed a 3 course meal on king prawns and sea bass and all the beer u can drink for less than £8.
The cost of living in Goa is a fraction of a normal holiday in Europe and continental food is as widely available as Asian and Chinese due to european influences over the centuries. Fruits and vegetables are very cheap and available all year round as the temperature hovers between 28 -32 degrees Celsius.

These beaches are home to some of the most exclusive and luxurious beach resorts in Goa. Accommodation is also available for budget and economy class travelers though not on the beach itself.
Christian, Hindu and Muslim festivals are all celebrated in Goa so there is always a party to go to or a parade to see. Whether its a trip to the jungle, or the river back waters ,or a visit to the spice farms with elephant transport or up to Anjuna for the live muisic or vast craft markets Goa has it all and many people come back year after year as a result.

“Ideal getaway” We stayed here for 10 nights and had a very peaceful and relaxing break. It is a small complex just a short walk from the beach. A small shop is close by as well as a restaurant if you don't want to spend time cooking and the prices of the meals are embarrasingly cheap! The main village is a short taxi ride away where there is a larger shop with a greater variety of goods and taxis are readily available just outside the complex. Archie and Jane are very friendly and approachable and the internet was easily set up at a small extra cost which was well worth it. There were a few short power cuts and one longer power cut during the night but this all added to the sense of adventure! This is an ideal location for anyone wanting a quiet break with guaranteed sunshine but without the formalities of a pricey hotel. “Quiet & relaxing complex” We have rented here for three years & always enjoyed our stay. The complex is small, friendly & very close to a beautiful beach. There are restaurants nearby as well as some hotels and local shops. The main village is a short taxi ride away & these are readily available. Would definitely recommend
