Our three-storey house is situated in a tranquil traditional Spanish seaside village. It offers: -Three bedrooms: one king-size with a balcony, one double with en-suite and one twin-bedded, all with built-in wardrobes. -Luxury bathroom with jacuzzi bath, twin marbol hand basin and overhead shower on the first floor, wc on the ground floor and an additional shower in the patio area. -Fully equipped kitichen with granite worktop. -Four spacious sun terraces, one of which overlooks the pool area. -Tastefully furnished living and dining areas with fire place and understairs cupboard. -Digital satelite TV with over 30channels, inc. BBCs, ITV and Sky. The house is less than an easy 10-minute walk from beautiful blue-flag beaches. It has two large patios at the front and the back, and two sizeable sun terraces on the top floor. One of the terraces has views to the Mediterranean and is perfect for soaking up the Spanish sun out of everyone's sight!

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The location of Torre de la Horadada (or “Torre” for short), where Costa Blanca and Costa Calida converge, makes this beautiful village the perfect place to relax and explore some of Spain's finest beaches and historic places. Although many of our renters prefer to go without a car during their stay, for those who like to explore further afield car rental prices in the area are very competitive. Some of the amenities you'll find within a short drive from Torre include at least 5 golf courses such as La Manga Club, a Thalasotherapy Centre, health Spas and the therapeutic mud baths of San Pedro.
Alicante / Torre de la Horadada area
As well as offering a fantastic environment for chilling out with family and friends, Torre is close to the historic cities of Alicante, Murcia, Elche and Cartagena. There are plenty of historic places to visit, such as Murcia Cathedral and Roman ruins in Cartagena to the south. The town of Elche, famous for its shoe industry and Europe's largest palm tree collection (Huerto del Cura) is only 30 minutes away.

- The nearest airport is Murcia, 12 Km from our house. Alicante airport is 50 Km away.

Conditions
A £150 deposit is required upon booking, with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure. A further returnable £100 security deposit is required to cover any damage. This will be refunded upon satisfactory inspection of the house. All rates quoted include water, electricity, bed linen, hand towels and bath towels.

"The photographs do not really do the house justice! It was so much bigger than what we anticipated. It was in a great location, for the supermarket and restaurants. There was a range of different cuisines, we were totally spoilt for choice! The area was lovely and clean and everything was within an easy walking distance. The owners were very friendly and helpful and provided us with lots of useful information for our stay. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this holiday home. -Superb property suitable for two families. We stayed in this property for two weeks in July 08. It was very close to pubs, supermarkets, plaza (5 mins walk) and restaurants. The pool area was fantastic and kept to a very high standard and totally safe for children. The local beach was the best we found in the area also. Highly recommended. - Bangor, N. Ireland.
-I have to say the pictures dont do justice to how nice the villa really is and how clean and well maintained it was. The location was perfect walking distance to an array of restaurants I would recommend lilys. The supermarket is a stone throw away and any other amenities are easily reached. I have been to many beaches in Spain but the many that are very close to the accomandation are beautiful and clean. Communication between the owners was quick and efficient and provided with us with a lot of useful information which enabled us to enjoy our stay straight from the off. Very likely to return and would strongly recommend!!!! Recommended for: Tourists without a Car, Romantic Getaway, Families with Young Children - JSamuel Nottingham
