“Long Weekend” Great location to beach and local places to eat and drink. Easy access to the rest of the Cape. Pet friendly was a plus. The only downer was it stated it slept 6 but only room for 4, this made for some unhappy campers

“overall good /great house/ didnt like the late check in 230” loved the house we stay there every year. the one thing i dont like is the late hour of checking in 230. my reason is that to get over the bridge without a hassle you need to go over early . like 930am.. i understand they need to clean the rental but if you get in earlier than 230 it would be great .because for us we were tired and the waiting was tough after driving 6 hours. thanx

“ideal cottage for family with younger children” We have been staying st this beach for years and this is the second year we have stayed in this cottage. This year we arrived 20 minutes before the 2:30 check in and were asked to wait seemingly for no reason Until exactly 2:30 as the rest of our party waited at the cottage and there was nobody there cleaning or anything. We found the cottage was not thoroughly cleaned this year with dirty dishes left in the dishwasher and the bathrooms having hair and sand on the floor. Garbage had been left outside of the outside bin. pros: Very nice cottage. Nice decks/balconies. The loft area upstairs and master bedroom has been ideal for us with our 2 children while my mother has taken the room downstairs. This is the best beach at the Cape-very private and close to restaurants, etc. Quiet and quaint but not too far from Hyannis and other busier areas. Even though cottage is by the road, it is only a short walk down the path to the beach. Compared to many of our previous cottages, this is newer and updated and has the comforts that come with it (washer, dryer, dishwasher) Cons: The wooden spiral stairs have been a little tough to deal with having a toddler and we ended up having to block the bottom off both years. There really isn't a family area to sit down and eat as a family-a small glass table with two uncomfortable chairs (one broken) or a counter with stools. We've always had an outdoor shower or a spicket at previous cottages and really have missed this as a way to rinse off sandy kids after the beach! No aC and the upstairs can get really hot-only one small fan was at the cottage so we were sure to bring our own this year. Not a lot of furniture to sit in overall so this year we made sure to bring our folding chairs...not too much time spent inside but it's nice to have someplace to sit and drink coffee in the morning or a place to be comfortable when it rains. Overall- very good value-just need to bring a few things from home to make more comfortable.

“It felt like home away from home.” Our unit was very comfortable, spacious, roomy and well stocked with all that was needed for a wonderful week. Its location included wooded marshlands and access to a private beach with historic route 6a not far from the front door. All in all a very pleasant experience.

“The location is phenomenal!” Our fourth time renting this property. My husbands family had 5 properties in e. sandwich. We love the area nd know it quite well! Only two small issues. Master bedroom has so much light in the morning and wakes you. Some would like a large screen tv so they can watch the Bruins win the Stanley Cup! Overall, we Love it and can't wait to return.

“Great little cottage” The cottage is located near the beach. It is well equipped and was very clean. Access to a BBQ was a plus along with the picnic table. The second bedroom does not have 2 single beds as advertized but a trundle bed, which was a bit of a problem. Do note that the beach is a mix of sand and pebbles

“relaxing, quaint, enjoyable” We enjoyed our stay in your cottage and had a wonderful time. We walked on the beach every day but only swam a few times as the ocean was quite cool. The weather was sunny, hot and humid, just what you want for an oceanside vacation. Thanks again.

“What a great place for a vacation” I can't say enough about 3 Clark street. When we arrived we were so thrilled. It was so clean and open. The deck area was great and it lead to the fenced in yard if you have little ones, or pets. Its the perfect setup. We are definitely going to rent again. “Nice relaxing vacation” The cottage was very cute, the bed in master bedroom will soon need to be changed. Access to the beach was great although some neighbours on our first day were not too welcoming even if all we were doing was sitting down and reading on beach! It was unpleasant to the point that we did not go back on our front beach rest of the week.

“Great, relaxing vacation.” As first time renters we really did not know what to expect. We found a great house for relaxing and enjoying the best the Cape has to offer. From coffee on the deck in the morning to fire pits on the beach in the evening -- we enjoyed every minute. The kids braved the cold waters and we collected a bucketfull of beautiful rocks. The house had everything we needed. Easy, convenient check in/out process. Thanks

“Refreshing and relaxed” Coming across country to stay in a rental (sight unseen) with 2 teenagers left me somewhat uneasy and hoping that the vacation wouldn't be ruined by a week of whining with attitude. (Parents of teens know what I mean) However, we were very happy with the cabin and having the ocean so close resulted in happy teens who came and went back and forth as they pleased, leaving us parents to enjoy ourselves. The cabin provided every every convenience and included extra pillows and blankets. Although we were fortunate in obtaining borrowed linens form family nearby, I appreciated the linen rental website provided so precious luggage space wasn't needed.

“The view from the living room priceless!!!” The cottage was perfect for what we were looking for. The bathroom was just updated and very clean. Bedrooms were small, but who cares, we only slept there.Furniture in living room was not the most comfortable but I guess it served the purpose. Kitchen was small but doable. I think it might be a bit crowded with three or more people but it is cape cod.
