“Spacious homely villa” Thank you to Judy and Peter for allowing us to stay in your beautiful villa. We could not fault it. The villa itself is huge. The bedrooms and bathrooms are a great size. The staff (Annie and Sukri) were very friendly and helpful from the time we arrived. The villa was cleaned on a daily basis. The position of the villa is only a small 5 minute walk down to the main street of kuta. We walked the alley many times during the evenings and never had a problem. It was nice to come back after a day out and not have all the hustle of central Kuta. Laundromat is just around the corner from the villa and very cheap. Two mini marts are across the road. We would recommend using the chef. He cooked up a huge lovely feast for New Years Eve. The driver (Sukri) goes out of his way immensely to make sure you are looked after whilst out and is very informative. The only thing we can whinge about is that the towels are not changed on a daily basis and at times we were not supplied with enough of them. However a phone call to Annie and this was always sorted. Would we stay here again and recommend this villa - Most definitely.

“great place for family holiday” We just spent a lovely week at villa b3, in the 4 bedroom villa. It was just beautiful. Opening the doors for the first time you can't miss the pool with the traditional Bali Hut over the water, a perfect welcome to the warm weather of Bali! The spacious villa is extremely comfortable, with new, modern Balinese furniture and art work, ensuring you feel like you are on holiday. The 4 poster bed in the main bedroom is very comfy and romantic, the ensuite is quite large, and the balcony overlooking the pool is huge! The 3 other bedrooms are well sized with queen beds and all have wardrobes. All bedrooms have separate air conditioning and ceiling fans. Having a small family one of the best features of the villa was the glass sliding doors separating the pool from the lounge area. These are very rare in Bali!!! Added bonuses were the free wi-fi and the hot/cold water fountain with unlimited water supply, and the security guard to ensure your safety. I would highly recommend this villa and we will definitely be returning next year!

“4 nights , 2 families, 4 kids under the age of 6. Great decor,” entire reservation process and all the logistics were easy and smooth. Benjamin and his assistant patiently answered all our questions. Decor in the house is amazing - from the open living room,upstairs sitting area-all the bedrooms and the bathrooms are amazing!. Loads of places/areas to sit/lounge. The kitchen is great and well stocked. The gardens and swimming pool are tended and cleaned every morning. The two house helper ladies (Illo and Mila) were great at helping to cook, cleanup, attend to us. The are there from 8am-4pm everyday. The villa is off a quiet narrow street which can seem a bit out of ways at first glance, about a 20-25 minute walk to the main seminiyak drag. but, cabs will readily come pick you up (helpful phone numbers list by the house phone) and are pretty much $3-$5 to anywhere in seminiyak. The 'Potato Head' beach club was on the other side of the town but cost us only $5 each way. On the last day we discovered if we and went right instead of left, we ended up on a lively strip with massage places, stores, bars and restaurants. Closest well known landmark is a 2-min walk to a Tapas restaurant - La Sal (Bad sangria but great food and wine) with a 24 hour convenience store next to it. the villa street has a small home store which will deliver soft drinks, beer and water. they also rent a scooter with helmets for $5 a day.(definitely recommend the scooter). Once we had the scooter, the main drag was only a 5 min ride away. location on the quiet side but everything is close by. House helpers and chef (mado) were great.They would come ask us about food, go get groceries and then cook a great meal (extra cost for groceries and chef time). we also arranged a in-villa massage and car +driver for Ubud. would recommend - a) open high ceiling living room area can be mosquito heavy. bring good repellent b) the master bedroom is huge but the one aC unit seems under powered for the room size c) a map of the area would have been helpful

“Very nice apartment and complex” I stayed in this apartment December 2011 - The apartment is clean, fresh and organised - the building is only approx 2 years old so all is new and in good working order. The kingsize double bed is very comfortable and the air conditioning works perfectly. I really enjoyed the complex and pool - it is in calm area - but only 5 minutes on bike to beach - the staff at the complex are also very relaxed and helpful. The service received from Dewi at Bali-arrangements was first class - she knows exactly what she is doing and it was a pleasure dealing with her. I look forward to returning next year.

Attention to detail, warm, welcoming and friendly service, dreamlike surroundings, complete privacy, and a sense of really being looked after are all things which made our stay at Kedis Villa one we will remember for a long time. You will have your own dedicated villa staff to attend to your every need. Meikel, Anan, and the girls are just the most amazing people we have met. Definitely on my list of places to visit again!
