“weekend visit” sick of hotels, wanted something relaxing. had to fly from cali to florida for business in october, so was interested in a low key stay. gerry was nice and helpful, he recently reached out to touch base and it reminded me of the pleasant time at the condo. pool was nice but didn't use. Will stay there again when in florida.

“Perfect localtion and great house with a perfect pool.” I'm a rookie at time sharing, but the owner helped me all the way. We saved money by staying here instead of inside Disney. The location was only 10 to 15 minutes for all of the Parks.

“Good to return to this lovely House” We were pleased to return to this great house and pool, which has been kept in true 5 star form since our last stay 2 years ago. It is very spacious and we like the fact that all bedrooms are en-suite,and the wooded area to the rear makes a good view with privicy. David the owner is 5 star himself in all the dealings we have had with him. I also liked that Jeeves the management company called in on our first morning to check everything was OK,a nice touch. We look forward returning again.

“A fantastic home away from home” I have rented a number of homes in orlando and I have never experienced such good value. The harry potter childrens room alone was a big hit with my son. everything was very clean and cozy. The included essential groceries was a nice touch as well to save you running to the grocery story the night we arrived.

“Grand & Glorious” Our stay at Blue Moon was without a doubt one of the finest times our family has ever had. The ocean was clean and clear, the waves just right. The house is spacious and most comfortable. A lasting memory are the glorious sunsets from the porch painting the clouds with sifting hues of gold, orange and pink. This stay was a comfort to the soul.

“Great place on the beach!” Rest Assured is a great vacation spot for a single family or several families. It has a nice pool with jacuzzi, the kitchen has everything just about anyone would need, as well as comfortable bedding and other furnishings. It is a very comfortable home and we enjoyed it thoroughly during our week stay. The gameroom upstairs was very popular with the kids. The location right on the beach with a convenient boardwalk to the sand is a big plus. It's a nice walk down to Bob Sikes Cut. The only potential drawback to this home is that it does not have high-speed internet access.

“We'll be back!!!” We had a party of 8 and booked a last minute stay at this beach house and we're still talking about it! This beach house is even better in person than in the photos. Wayyy bigger than we expected! My wife said if she new all the rooms were going to have such large closets she would have packed a lot more!!! Loved the open floor plan great room allowing us to keep an eye on the kids while cooking, eating and watching the Large screen TV. Really enjoyed dining outdoors in the attached screened room (called the lanai in their listing) in the private fenced yard. The home was recently remodeled so everything is nice and new, even the beds! The entire front of the home provided ample parking for us to pull right across with our tahoe and boat in tow This property was a delightful surprise, you won't be disappointed! There were plenty of local places to launch our boat and cruise the inter-coastal! The location of this house is amazing, just as advertised...a 2 minute walk to the beautiful beach and less than 10 minutes up a1a to Daytona! The property manager was super helpful and the amenity discount coupon package they had ready for us upon arrival must have saved us at least $300 with local restaurants and attractions. The only problem was my wife was so spoiled by the full sized stacked commercial washer and dryer conveniently right in the home (compared to our past rentals of condo's, hotels, motels and even some houses that had smaller units requiring her to do laundry daily to keep up! Not here!), and she is no longer happy with what we own at home and wants new ones just like what they had! As you can tell, everything was just great! We can't wait to come back again! Highly recommended!!!

“Outstanding!” This was perfect for us! It is fully stocked with everything you need. The pool, hot tub and grill area were great after a long day of sightseeing. “Great house close to Disney World” We really enjoyed our week at Serendipity. I took my family down to Orlando with my brother and his family. There were 10 of us in total and the house was prefect for our group. The kids had a blast in the pool and the game room, and the living room was ideal for a large group to relax and unwind after a long day at the parks. We have been to Disney World several times but this was the first time staying at a house. It was much different from staying in one of the Disney hotels. It really felt like a home away from home. The pool area had lots of chairs, a grill and a security fence. The house was nicely decorated. The kitchen was fully functional as was the washer and dryer which came in handy. I was a little nervous handing over three grand to pay of the house, but Sarah really set my mind at ease. She sent me the address to the house so I could take a look on Google Earth. She sent me the link to her renters license which showed that there were no complaints logged against her. She also helped me make arrangements to have gift baskets ready at the house when the kids arrived. She went out of her way to make sure that my vacation was carefree. I had paid for the heated pool, which was great when we arrived. I'm not sure what happened but at some point between the start of the week and the end of the week, the heat either stopped working or was somehow turned off. At first I talked myself into thinking that the temperature just seemed different, but by the end of the week it was clear that it was no longer working. I talked to Sarah and she was surprised by the development but was willing to work with me and we came up with a solution that worked for both of us. My only real complaint would be the that we encountered a few palmetto bugs in the house. These were big and scary. I contacted Sarah and she explained to me that palmetto bugs are common in Florida and also told me that they regularly treat the house to deal with them and in fact the house had been treated before we arrived. She went on to explain that we should start to see them die or find them dead as the result of the treatment. This is exactly what we saw. The bugs we found going forward were either dead or dying. Just to be clear, it's not like the house was infested, but we did encounter five or six of them during the week. Despite the bugs, we still had a great time and enjoyed the house. Sarah was great through the entire process. I would rent Serendipity again.
