“Golden Sands - Fabulous!” We had a fabulous time at Golden Sands! The weather was perfect and the house was just lovely. Everything was provided and perfectly maintained. My family all agreed that we would love to visit again. We celebrated my mother's 92nd birthday while there and Golden Sands totally re-energized her. She enjoyed the beach (looking for turtles), swam in the pool and luxuriated in the elegant master bedroom. Of course the location is terrific as it is close to everything. We also were pleased by all the entertainment supplies - tennis rackets & balls, beach chairs & umbrella, pool toys, gourmet grill, and a great sound system. Altogether it was a first class vacation!

“Wonderful Stay in Perdido” We stayed at the Boogie Man for a week in July and loved it. The house was very comfortable and had plenty of room for our group. We liked being a short walking distance from the pool, but not so close that the music would keep us up at night. It was great to have the pool and tiki bar as an alternative to the beach. It was nice to be able to meet and visit with other people who were staying at the Purple Parrot, and although the property appeared to be full, it never felt crowded. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will likely return next year.

“Grand & Glorious” Our stay at Blue Moon was without a doubt one of the finest times our family has ever had. The ocean was clean and clear, the waves just right. The house is spacious and most comfortable. A lasting memory are the glorious sunsets from the porch painting the clouds with sifting hues of gold, orange and pink. This stay was a comfort to the soul.

“Memorable vcations” This property takes your breath away since the moment you arrive. It was very clean and spacious. Like the description says, it has recently been renovated. It is stocked with everything you need from kitchenware to boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrellas. You can see the owner has thought of every detail to make your stay more enjoyable. The high chair and playpen were great since we did not have to take ours which would have not fitted in our car anyways. The views from the house were breathtaking, specially from the second floor. The beach is very quiet and within a short distance from the house, with great waves if you like to surf ! The sounds of the waves at night were amazing. Since the moment I email the owner to ask about the property, I always got a quick response back and lots of information about everything regarding the property and useful tips. The property manager was also very attentive and called us twice during our stay to make sure everything was okay. We had a great time in this place and was one of our best vacations. I have already recommend this property to friends and would definitely go back very soon. Thanks again for everything and for making our vacations a memorable one.

“Very Clean and awesome!!!” The ocean was very close and the sand was awesome! The things we really enjoyed were the really nice beach chairs provided. The outside grill was large enough to easily grill enough food for 14 people at one time. All items in kitchen were great and we had everything we needed. The washer and dryer were awesome and worked very well The furniture in the house was clean and comfortable for all of us. The house was really clean when we arrived and that impressed us all. Space wise the house could easily handle 16. Overall we really liked this place and would recommend it to anyone.

“I was amazed. It is so spacious and well kept. The views are am” I was already really excited about our trip down to Florida, but when we entered this condo, I was amazed. It is so spacious and well kept. The views are amazing, and it's in the perfect location. I loved being able to walk right over to the beach, and then come back and use the pool. The balcony was amazing, and there was nothing better than sitting around the table, chatting and seeing dolphins!! I can't wait to go back, and I would highly recommend this condo!!10/15/13

“Great Spot!” We stayed at this property over New Year's for a week with our two teenage children and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. House is situated on a golf course in a quiet neighborhood and is close to restaurants, shopping, and near the interstate so easy access to attractions. House was clean and spacious and the master bedroom had a large washroom with an awesome shower. Free WiFi kept our kids happy and the patio/pool area was lovely with lights under the patio umbrella which was nice in the evenings. Laundry facilities were great and plenty of towels and extra blankets too. I would recommend this property to anyone. Great spot!

“Disney Vaction Home” My family stayed at the pet friendly home for two weeks. It was a very large home in a great location just minutes from all the Disney parks. There were only six of us and the five bedrooms are all spread out on the one level home so you could have your privacy. They have a good size pool. The area is very safe and you have a Walmart and Sam's club just minutes away to stock up on groceries. We had no real issues during our stay except that we wanted to stay longer. We plan to return again next year.

“Peaceful and Relaxing” We stayed at Sailmaker #503 in early Sept. 2013. Parking for me and my wife, and 2 other guests vehicles was just a few steps outside the condo's door on the same level. One of my guests, my 86 year old mother got around just fine on her walker. The condo is very spacious and comfortably laid out. My only complaints is that the single beds were too short for adults and the property management gave us check-in paperwork saying that we could not grill at the unit even though there was a grill there. No big deal! The 6'deep pool, steps from the huge porch, appeared to be very nice and clean, but never got in. The beach and the trails ... What can I say? In a word, Fabulous!
