“Excellent!” We really enjoyed our stay in this clean, welcoming, homey, family-friendly vacation home. The owner was very sweet and greeted us personally when we arrived. We were close to a quiet sandy public beach and in a super location to explore many other fun spots. There is an excellent Thai restaurant within walking distance. There are beautiful views from the balconies, particularly when a thunderstorm is coming. Couldn't ask for anything more.

“Perfect localtion and great house with a perfect pool.” I'm a rookie at time sharing, but the owner helped me all the way. We saved money by staying here instead of inside Disney. The location was only 10 to 15 minutes for all of the Parks.

“A fantastic home away from home” I have rented a number of homes in orlando and I have never experienced such good value. The harry potter childrens room alone was a big hit with my son. everything was very clean and cozy. The included essential groceries was a nice touch as well to save you running to the grocery story the night we arrived.

“Absolutely Gorgeous” My family and I stayed here for our annual 2 week vacation and couldn't have asked for a more beautiful Villa. It is exactly as the pictures depict -- even better. The property was immaculate inside and out and everything was practically brand new. The heated pool was awsome, the layout was great and the Villa had everything in amenities we could ask for including pool and beach toys for the kids, fishing gear and beach chairs, coolers, etc. I can't emphasize enough how thorough this owner is in ensuring everything was taken care of. We spent most of our time in the pristine pool and the kids loved fishing off the dock. Our dog, Brandon even had a blast! There is a beautiful beach at the Yacht Club only minutes away and it is a very short drive to Fort Myers beach. Had a rental boat delivered right to the dock and spent the day on the Gulf of Mexico. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful Villa with us Danielle. We'll be back again next year and the next and the next. I will recommend to everyone.

“Everything you need all in one place!” This home is just as it states. Very comfortable, roomy and has lots of amenities. The heat this past week was crazy, but having the pool right in the backyard was ideal! On days we ventured to the beach there was a pop up tent and umbrella for the much needed shade as well as coolers , beach blankets and carts to lug your stuff. The walk to the beach takes about 10 minutes - 4 blocks- but easy. The bikes at the house needed some TLC. The one had a flat that was not able to be pumped and the other was too small for a tall rider. It was no big deal as we retested bikes from a local place. Biking is great on the island! Our family had a wonderful time and can't wait to come back!

“Excellent comfort, location and service!!!” I highly recommend this home. It is spacious, clean, well-equipped, and extremely comfortable! The pool is gorgeous and the hot tub is the best after a long day at the parks! The location cannot be beat. It is literally 7 minutes from Disney and only 15 minutes from Universal or Sea World. Any restaurant you could imagine is only 5 minutes away; as is Walmart and Target. The owner is extremely responsive and a real pleasure to deal with. I have rented homes in Florida previously and can honestly say this has been my best experience! We would definitely stay here again!

“Great house close to Disney World” We really enjoyed our week at Serendipity. I took my family down to Orlando with my brother and his family. There were 10 of us in total and the house was prefect for our group. The kids had a blast in the pool and the game room, and the living room was ideal for a large group to relax and unwind after a long day at the parks. We have been to Disney World several times but this was the first time staying at a house. It was much different from staying in one of the Disney hotels. It really felt like a home away from home. The pool area had lots of chairs, a grill and a security fence. The house was nicely decorated. The kitchen was fully functional as was the washer and dryer which came in handy. I was a little nervous handing over three grand to pay of the house, but Sarah really set my mind at ease. She sent me the address to the house so I could take a look on Google Earth. She sent me the link to her renters license which showed that there were no complaints logged against her. She also helped me make arrangements to have gift baskets ready at the house when the kids arrived. She went out of her way to make sure that my vacation was carefree. I had paid for the heated pool, which was great when we arrived. I'm not sure what happened but at some point between the start of the week and the end of the week, the heat either stopped working or was somehow turned off. At first I talked myself into thinking that the temperature just seemed different, but by the end of the week it was clear that it was no longer working. I talked to Sarah and she was surprised by the development but was willing to work with me and we came up with a solution that worked for both of us. My only real complaint would be the that we encountered a few palmetto bugs in the house. These were big and scary. I contacted Sarah and she explained to me that palmetto bugs are common in Florida and also told me that they regularly treat the house to deal with them and in fact the house had been treated before we arrived. She went on to explain that we should start to see them die or find them dead as the result of the treatment. This is exactly what we saw. The bugs we found going forward were either dead or dying. Just to be clear, it's not like the house was infested, but we did encounter five or six of them during the week. Despite the bugs, we still had a great time and enjoyed the house. Sarah was great through the entire process. I would rent Serendipity again.

“Great Two bedroom place!” What a fantastic find. Glad we were able to stay here. We came to Florida for a family wedding. Staying here made for an ease to get to places and the location is close to almost every place we needed to go. The condo was very clean and had all the necessary supplies, even a laundry machine and dryer are available for use. “Beautiful Home” The house is located in a great gated community which is close to shops and the highway. It is where we wanted to be. Close to the amusement parks but far enough for a little peace and quite. The house itself is beautiful with an open layout. There was enough space for my whole family to relax in. The house is clean and the pool was nice to have. The pool was the highlight for my son. He wanted to get in it as soon as he woke up. Since he was almost two years old he needed to be supervised at all times and I was grateful that it has a mesh pool fence to keep him from going into the pool on his own. The owner was very nice and reply quickly to any questions that we had. We really like the house and would definitely stay here again.

“Perfect Southern Exposure for pool and patio” We loved everything about Marc and Nikki's luxurious, immaculate villa from the beautiful furnishing, to the spectacular southern exposure overlooking the man-made lake, to the security of the gated community, to the close proximity to shopping, restaurants, etc. Early morning walks each day on the sidewalks in the safety of Briarwood Community were a great way to start the day. Up grades to the pool and patio will be greatly appreciated. We await word on availability for 2015.

“Great” This was a great place to stay in the Orlando area. We were close to all the attractions, had a nice clean home to stay in after a busy day, could do a load of wash when we needed, and use the kitchen for a good breakfast before leaving for the day. I was a very leary about renting a vacation home on-line but was very happy with the results. We received our depoist back in a prompt manner. I have recommended this rental to anyone that is going to visit Orlando area.
