“Three Thumbs Up” Our family of three stayed at Darwin's apartment for exactly one month (wish we stayed longer). The place is immaculate, with brand new furniture, facilities and everything that you need to feel comfortable, like at home. The building is located near a bus stop (with a bus #10 taking you right to the centre of Cuenca), two convenience stores, a bakery, cafes/restaurants, and a short walking distance to a big market, Mercado El arenal, where you can pick up fresh produce. It may seem that the building is located a bit far from the centre, but we preferred staying a bit away from the hustle and bustle. It's only a 10 minute bus ride or a 5 minute taxi ride right to the heart of Cuenca. Darwin is a very friendly and helpful person, always available whenever we had a question or needed advice. We would definitely recommend this apartment to our friends and anyone looking for a great place to stay in Cuenca. Thank you, Darwin!

“excellent appartment” We would highly recommend this apartment for anyone who will come to see Cuenca. The location is couldn't be more perfect, it is in walking distance to all major attractions and restaurants. The apartment is very clean and comfortable as described. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bedrooms are beautifully decorated, the beds are very comfortable. Nancy and Jesse are excellent hostesses and generally just good people. When we had a family emergency situation they helped us as much as they could. We would recommend this place to anybody who wants to combine luxury and comfort.
