“Adorable beachy cottage” Wonderful little cottage. Comfortable slept 4 of us, all the conveniences of home but must bring your own linens/towels/washcloths. Great location, walk to beach, good restaurants. Fireplace provided good heat.

“Fun Time” Been going here for many years never noticed a musty smell or it being dirty as stated in other posts very close to the private beach and a great place to bring the kids the cottage is a bit small as is all the other ones in the area but has a nice deck and to be honest we never spend much time inside the cottage except to sleep and shower.Going back again next summer.Sand Dollar clearly states they do not provide linens or bedding but the cottage has everything else

“Relaxing home in great location with lovely town close by” This rental had lots of nice amenities (great washer and dryer) but no Dishwasher which would be nice as we ate at home a lot. Main detraction for me was the main bedroom had no cross breeze; no smell of ocean, no sound of surf. However it did have a new window air conditioner (that was needed daily) because that was the only window. Very comfortable bed and roomier than many other units we saw online. For just 2 of us, we will stay at a resort and not carry all the house stuff with us. Sand Dollar Realty was excellent in all ways, and we love the town of Sandwich and shops and restaurants available.

“great location/” We had a quiet and restful, vacation that ended all too fast. We love to walk on the beach during low tide when the sand bars are above the water. I like to take photos of the wild life. I take part of my vacation home to enlarge the pictures and hang them or give them to friends. The location is perfect for day trips to other areas. We like to walk on Cap Cod canal. We like to read so the many book stores are great fun to brose. The people around us have become friends and we look forward to seeing them every Year.

“Relaxing vacation” This cottage was very nice. It was clean and nicely decorated, loved that it was recently updated. The only downfall was the small spiral staircase, but I guess that's a space saver. It was steps to the private beach! Wonderful stay.

“173b N.Shore Rd. E.Sandwich” Lovely beach cabin that is well equipped and literally 30 seconds walk to the beach! Views are great and the neighborhood is very quiet. The beach is also not crowded even at peak times and is good for beach fires at night. There is a convenience store about a mile up the road that has the basics and supermarket and cinema 10-15 minutes drive away. All in all, a very peaceful and relaxing stay with plenty of good eating houses and activities to entertain all ages.

“Wonderful Stay” We stayed at Dune Tootin Unit #3 and it was great -we had enough room so it didn't feel like we were all on top of each other (being 4 adults & 2 children) The rooms were a perfect size and we were nice and close to the beach! - Atmosphere was fantastic! We would definitely stay there again!! The only thing I would suggest is getting a second ac unit for the living room! It was a little stuffy at night on the living room side? other than that ? “Great Family Vacation” Courteous online service and courteous, helpful in person service, made us feel welcome. Beautifully appointed beach house. The decks afforded scenic, hypnotic views. the trip to Logan airport is unbelievably easy and quick. The location is fantastic (eighty steps to the beach, I counted!).Windows open, bullfrogs, birds, crickets...mmm

“awesome summer home” very nice a little small but we had about 4 people nice master bedroom very small kitchen but comfortable. the beach is no more the 15 feet from the cottage i will definatley be comming back next year

“Location, location, location!” This was our third summer staying at 115 North Shore Blvd. We absolutely love it! You really can't beat staying right on the beach. We plan our days around low tide, which is what the kids look forward to the most. Sandwich has so much to do--from the Boardwalk to the Jam Kitchen to the Fishery. Great shops in Sandwich along 6a and in nearby towns. Crab fishing in nearby towns is always a great time with the kids, too. It is pricey to stay on the beach, but it's definitely worth it.
